Not 2 weeks as advertised
We placed our faux shutter order with Shutterly Fabulous because they state on their website that faux can be manufactured and INSTALLED in 2 weeks. However, yes while they did manufacture it took an extra week to install our shutters, so 3 weeks NOT 2 weeks. On the day we ordered them we were told that if we waited 4 weeks we could have them £167.00 cheaper than the 2 weeks. We paid the extra but did not get the expected service. We have emailed the Company but had no response from them. So beware. The fitter James and the product is very good, but we're still unhappy about paying extra and not receiving the service. Hence 4 star and not 5 star.

A very bespoke and personal service
From an easy initial appointment via their website through to installation, the whole process has been extremely well communicated and flawless. We were lucky enough to have Joe Calcott measure up and then do the actual install a few weeks later which made it feel a very bespoke and personal service. The quality of shutter is very good, the guarantee gives peace of mind and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shutterly Fabulous to friends and family.

Aftercare service falls well below…
Aftercare service falls well below standard. They have failed to follow their own guidelines in their complaints procedure. Real shame as this experience was the second time I have dealt with them. First time, different installer and shutters had no issues. Second time dealing with them, when needing aftercare, they have absolutely failed and issues still outstanding due to internal errors on their side. No accountability taken, This review is based on their aftercare service. Would no longer recommend.
