Good quality slippers.
Delivery time was very long,

It was easy to buy, the product was good, but the shipping was poor and the customer service was even worse :(

Placed order and never received shoes. Money still taken from account.
Sent multiple emails with no reply and contact number always engaged.
Today received a reply form Returns team delay due to change in UK warehouse & will receive delivery status update shortly. Waiting ….

I always buy my boots from Shuropody. They are so comfortable right from the start. I also like the styles of the boots

Ordered shoes , they took my money, never received shoes, no answer to my emails. Just read they had gone into liquidation a week before I ordered. I don’t understand why they were still taking orders and peoples money 🤬

I ordered a trainer order #26501 on the 30th of August,till now nothing.
The number to call in Coventry never goes through and sent email twice.
Atleast my money should be refunded I believe.Hightly disappointed

Sent the wrong shoes and now not answering my emails. I Also sent a message on the website but no reply from that either. No phone number to call so stuck waiting. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Easy ordering, quick and efficient delivery and great pair of boots, would recommend and would shop again...

I bought the insoles because I was impressed by the insoles in the shoes I bought at Cramlington. These aren't the same but are very comfortable. However, they aren't as wide as those in the shoes I got. They're narrow under the arch of the foot, but beautifully padded, especially at the big toe where I need it.
So disappointed that Cramlington shop has closed 🥲

Sent me slippers in a different size instead of the trainers ordered. Still haven't had a response to my email after several days.

You have sent me the wrong product and having sent you two emails, I have had no response!

Awful customer service.

Shoes didn't fit, I needed to return them but there was no paperwork in the parcel. I emailed 3 times but never had a reply, messaged via social media but again no reply. Phone rang out for an hour, no reply, on 3 occasions. Dreadful experience! In the end PayPal refunded me.

Great delivery but no forms inside for return. Went to the shop in Kingston to return to find that the shop was permanently closed. They should disable the link to the store locator as all shops have now been closed according to the information on Google. It would have been appropriate to acknowledge customers via Shuropody website that currently they operate online only. Very unprofessional…wasted time and money to go personally to Kingston Shuropody to return the shoes.

Went for my appointment today to find Exeter shop closed. No notification. They owe me for 3 treatments. A review said it closed a month ago but contacting my bank for charge back today as soon as I knew I found I was a fortnight too late!!!! Furious about lack of consideration shown by this company

I have finally managed to get a refund on the treatment plan they could not honour through charge back.

Any customers in a similar position should contact their bank.

If it is true that Shuropody have ceased trading,the only option assuming you have paid by credit card and purchase price over £100,is to do a charge back claim via your credit card provider.

I have tried numerous times to ring you and the number is constantly engaged. Sent so many emails which have been ignored and its really annoyed me. I received my trainers instead of a pair of size 6 I received one 6 and one 5 that's not a pair of 6's. I would like to return them but without a label I can't. What sort of company are you ripping people off with odd shoes. I want my money back
