Do not store here

Do not store here ! I had my unit broken into and there was no sign of damage !

George is a highly professional, respectful, approachable and helpful person . He adds an element to Shurgard Ruislip that ensures the best service is given at all times .
Cleanliness was excellent, security was so easy , yet so safe and facilities were of a very high level .

During a very stressful time whilst…

During a very stressful time whilst moving my house it was an absolute pleasure to deal with two incredibly helpful and polite gentleman like George and AB. They went above and beyond to help me cut costs and made the whole process as smooth as can be. Cannot recommend enough, thank you George and AB.

Outstanding service provided by Ab and George! From the minute I opened the door I was greeted by such friendly, professional and helpful people who not only arranged a perfect size unit at a great price but also just an overall pleasant service that restored my faith in customer service! I honestly can’t recommend Shurgard…

I honestly can’t recommend Shurgard Self Storage Ruislip enough! From the very beginning, the team have been absolutely amazing — friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to help.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Whether it’s answering questions, helping find the right unit, or just offering support during a stressful time, they’ve been consistently kind and understanding. You can really tell they care about their customers, and that makes such a difference.
The facility itself is clean, secure, and very well maintained, which gave me complete peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe.
A huge thank you to the whole team , you’ve made a difficult situation so much easier. Truly outstanding service
