I like Shurgard because it is easy to use, reliable and keeps my stored items mold free as it is ventilated. I recommend their service for those needing additional storage.

Die Problme wurden vom Shurgard- Team behoben. Aktuell vergebe ich 4 Sterne. Den 5. Stern gibt es, wenn der postive Zustand über einen längeren Zeitraum Bestand hat.
Guten Abend, Ich bin seit zwei Wochen stolzer Mieter einer Mietbox. In der ersten Woche hätte ich ohne Probleme 5 Sterne vergeben können, aber nach der Zusammenlegung der Codierungen vom Fahrstuhl und dem Eingang klappt leider nichts mehr (unklar ob Zufall oder ob ein Zusammenhang besteht), daher für die zweite Woche 0 Sterne. Die zugewiesene Codierung für den Eingang wurde am Sonnabend nicht erkannt, so dass man den Kollegen am Schalter besuchen muss (incl. Corona - Procedere, sofern der Kollege nicht im Objekt unterwegs ist). Am Sonnabend klappte es durch die manuelle Hilfe des Mitarbeiters Ben. Vielen Dank. Am Sonntag gingen die Fahrstühle nicht und heute die gleichen Probleme. Die Codierung am Eingang wird nicht erkannt, wieder Besuch am Schalter (Ersatzcodierung), aber Fahrstühle immer noch defekt. Ich hoffe, dass die Systemstörungen bald behoben werden, denn so ist die Einlagerung an diesem Standort unpraktikabel und sinnlos. Es kann nichts eingelagert bzw. abgeholt werden, weil man nicht an seine Mietbox kommt (außer man trägt seine Kisten in die jeweilige Etage). Wer etwas an einem Sonntag anliefern oder abholen will, hat leider Pech (keine Besetzung des Schalters). Es kann nur besser werden.

Rundum zufrieden!
Der Service, die Einweisung und die Mitarbeiter waren mehr als zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir sind super eingewiesen worden und der Preis für die Lagerung ist mehr als angemessen für die Quadratmeter und noch wesentlich günstiger als die Konkurrenz. Der Lagerraum ist mehrfach gesichert und der Kundenservice greifbar und ebenfalls sehr freundlich! Wir sind bisher mehr als zufrieden!
