Alles lief einfach und unkompliziert. Zeitlich total flexibel, da kein Mitarbeiter vor Ort benötigt wird.
Die Anlage ist sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet.

Kompetent, unproblematisch, netter Kontakt.
Nicht sonderlich gut: Zwangshaftpflichtversicherung. Eigene Hausratversicherung gilt nicht. Monatlicher Mietpreis erhöht sich damit um 15€. Warum nicht gleich in den Mietpreis einrechnen??

Die Beziehung des Lagerraums war sehr unkompliziert und mit den Räumlichkeiten und dem Zugang sind wir sehr zufrieden.
Die Mitarbeiter von Shurgard haben wir als freundlich und zuvorkommend erlebt.

Helpful staff, both during the booking process and on my first visit. The person took the time to show me how to access my unit and spoke English. Very clean facilities, trolleys and lift available.
