Slechte ervaring met toegankelijkheid Shurgard
Eerste ervaring met Shurgard: de lift op de begane grond deed het niet. Er was verteld dat we er met de verhuisbus konden komen, maar dat was ook niet zo, dus we moesten een hele bakbus uitladen onder aan een hellingbaan. Veel slepen met karren en kasten na al een lange verhuisdag. Erg slechte ervaring.

Beter dan Allsafe
In tegenstelling tot bij Allsafe, krijg je bij shurgard wel netjes de prijs en ruimte zoals online aangeboden. Vriendelijk personeel, goede service en keurige schone box.

Vriendelijke medewerkers en goede service
Prettig en vriendelijk contact met medewerkers van mijn storage locatie, Amsterdam Amstel. Zeer behulpzaam en goed advies. Ruimtes zijn ook mooi en netjes. 5 sterren daarvoor! Alleen helaas wel te weinig karretjes voor zo een grote locatie. Moet vaak naar karretjes zoeken. Medewerkers kunnen daar ook niet veel aan doen…mensen zetten karretjes vaak niet netjes terug :( Maar toch, denk dat wat meer karretjes wel zou helpen… daarom in totaal 4 sterren.
