Absolute SCAM!!!! They take £49.95 and send you a Google link to insurance company that anyone can access for free!! I'm so annoyed that I didn't read these reviews first! I phoned my bank straight away but all that she could advise is that when the payment has gone through, I can try to open a dispute but I don't know how successful that will be!

This company is not giving you any insurance quotes it just takes your money. No way to get your money back. I hope that this company gets caught out by trading standards.

This is a scam, I wish I had read these before I was caught out, I didn't receive a list and the telephone number doesn't connect. I also intend reporting this to my bank and I hope they do something about them.

BUT I HAVE FOUND SOME INFORMATION TO SHARE WITH YOU

They are having a company called "virtually there" take there calls. So if you want to speak to someone you have to call virtually there and ask if they work with short insure.

I have since tracked this company down to Laos through their email IP address.

This is a sophisticated scam with no physical presence in the UK.

The business adress is purely a registered office which any business can make use of.

With regards to Virtually There they have repeatedly tried to take down my reviews and dismiss my questions when confronted about the scam artists they are working with.

Scam! Stay away, I fell for it. I queried where confirmation of my insurance was.. and received a snotty irrelevant reply! Which made me delve deeper!! But... I didn’t even receive the list of insurers!!! So they had my money for absolutely nothing!!! They even had the gall to quote Covid for their disrupted service!

I’ve been charged 49,00£ for their services and says nothing about it on their terms and conditions

This website is a SCAM.

The company take a fee (£49.95) for purporting to provide temporary car insurance. Once the money has been taken, they simply send a list of insurance companies - who can potentially provide cover - but at significant cost.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You will lose the money and not obtain any insurance.

Scam stay miles away I got lucky I did not pay I did a little bit of research before paying because I got suspicious someone needs to report this company to the police

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Do not use this website. Their advert and description on their site is completely misleading. they take your payment and then that's it. They don't share details or anything with any provider. They just add expense for no reason. Do not use them.

This is a total scam, false advertisement! Says on the logo and motto that its short temporary insurance, a thought aye spot on thatll do me only want 2 days cover to get my near classic car out the garage and yet they don't even provide insurance so there fore had to pay even more after the £49.95 they had charged me to get 2 days insurance. And been emailing them asking for a refund but apparently I'm out of my 14 day refund period but it was only 2/3 days ago I payed them, so thats a load of poop 💩. Has anyone actually had a refund of them.

I am at a loss to understand how companies like this can continue scamming peoples money!!
They are preying on people who need short term car insurance, these people are normally trying to get the insurance as quickly as possible so when short insure tells you for the details you have put in its £49.95, great not bad for 14 days insurance to get me going. WRONG!!!!!! once you have paid it then gives you a list of insurance companies that offer short term insurance! FUMING!
Where are the regulators to stop this company????

The person you are scamming could very well have been in a desperate situation and needed that insurance for extremely important reasons. Not everyone has the money to pay a second time to a legit company to get them on the road! DISPICABLE!
I cannot use the words i would like to use as trustpilot has kindly asked not to! But i think each and every one of you can understand how i and god knows how many others feel enraged by this.

It has a star but it should not have any at all.as with all the other reviews very misleading and now 49.95 less.I have spoken with my bank they say it is a legit company. And I need to contact them to ask for refund .and if then after the 14 day cooling off period I then need to go back to the bank to take it further.I’m not holding my breath though that they will refund me.

Paid £49.99 thought the car is insured! Check this morning if it’s insure a massive RED screen 😱😱😱 came up!! Tried to ring the number on their website doesn’t exist 😡😡. I was lucky didn’t get caught. So rang up my bank and reported the scam, few ours later got my money back! Scam bags, shame on you
