Ada the customer service agent 5 star 🌟 service

The customer service agent Ada was 5 star ⭐ in all her responses and help along the way, in my questions, kind, personable a godsend for the company, Ada advertises Shopsta in a way that’s rare several times I had interaction with a week in between. She gave me faith in ordering from Shopsta again they do have a different way of returning goods. Ada gives you confidence everything is in hand.

The product is way cheaper elsewhere

The product is way cheaper elsewhere , however after posting this review, Ada from Shopsta contacted me, I showed her the site where the headphones were cheaper and offered me a price match! Refunding me the difference. Great customer service and happy with my headphones!

Well i am over the moon with the service i have received .I had constant feedback the BEST i have experienced .Kindness and understanding is a fantastic trait .It was me who made a mistake i am THICK on tec , probably my age .I will buy again without hesitation .Just want to say THANK YOU

I had an issue with my purchase and the customer service was easy and efficient.
Ada who I was in contact with was amazing . First my product was replaced but then that one was faulty and then without hesitation I was fully refunded. Best customer service I have ever dealt with.

I had an excellent experience with Ada, from customer service. The response was quick, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find such a high level of care and efficiency — truly outstanding service!

They are very light and cheap looking and the charge doesn’t last very long 3 hours

I saw cheaper items online but searched one that looked similar but maybe more expensive as would be better quality. I was disappointed at the quality it is very light and the charge doesn’t last very long. It makes me wonder if the cheaper ones that I saw online are the same quality.

My item came in good time but…

My item came in good time but unfortunately was smaller than I needed so I had to return.The returns process has an extra step or two but communication with staff was very good.I would use Shopsta again.
