Customer service is terrible. Shopping takes super long and some of the vendors don’t disclose the call outs properly. Terrible refund policy when you don’t get what you describe. If you ask for a refund they ban you from shopping again

I have had good experience with most shops but a couple of shops having problems .
First one did not disclose there was a rip in leather of handbag and bag smells of smoke.
The other order is lost and have been getting the run around from Seel, insurance I’ve paid for all of my purchases .

James always helps me out. This last situation was the best experience I’ve had.
James dealt with my situation quickly and it was not ignored. I’m not happy with some of the sellers on the app that are dishonest but customer service will handle the issue and for that I’m grateful. They thought they could get away with it but James got me my partial refund for not sending what was promised. Thanks James!! LOL

Most times you can see the sellers at the store trying to get you deals. Love my purchases so far.

Just got a Céline boots from them and I got the item within in 4 biz days! That’s amazing and I love the boots so much! The original price is over 1k and I got it in a little bit less than $400. Definitely will follow and keep shoppinggggg! Love it!

Super delayed shipment and zero customer service. you’re on your own and most of the stores ate scammers! pls report any issues to BBB. They have no return and if you return or do not pay the import taxesz You will pay for return shipping of $300 plus. It means you cannot return. Pls report any issues to BBB USA about this shop shops.

I made a purchase following the size chart & surprise, surprise; the items were a NO fit. I immediately made contact for a full refund which they guaranteed but only recently received a response after numerous contacts. They waited to acknowledge me until the 30 day return policy had passed & have offered me my shipping cost back, a 15% discount & to keep the useless bras as if I'm a storage unit. They have since offered me 25% but I feel that I am justified in requesting a refund for items that were improperly advertised.
I wish I would have read the reviews first.

Horrible. Do not buy from warpdoor japan ltd nor ShopShops. They sent a fake Louis Vuitton cardholder and i lost $523.00. It cost more than the Louis Vuitton store. They are scammers. Please don’t buy from them. Read all the other bad reviews.

Don’t order from this app. I ordered a Celine nano two way bag and it’s been more than 20 days no delivery it says in the app that it’s been shipped but it’s not. I tried to chat the seller and the contact support on their app but no answer. This app is a scam

It takes forever for them to send your item, I have one item that says processing until now and I ordered it last November 25,2023 and it also said it will be shipped from NY. On the website when you order it says that 3 days for same country and 21 days for international. I already contacted shopshops customer service too. The only fast delivery that I never expected to happened is their cheap mystery boxes, do not fall for it! And also, seller WARPDOOR Japan LTD refunded me for my item after two days from buying the item and told me that it was sold at the shop. I am hoping to get my last item delivered or just get my refund.

Received fake purse. Got it authenticated by Real Authentication, and now they're taking forever respond to my emails of concern. They do not stand by what they sell and their guarantees of authentication.
