AMAZING!!
We've only recently started using Shopmonkey at Evanoff Powersports LLC, but the experience has been excellent so far. The software is clean, professional, and much more capable than the invoicing systems I tried before. It gives me confidence that I'll be able to manage estimates, repair orders, invoices, customer information, and my shop all in one place as my business grows.
A huge thank you to Kristopher Gregory for making the onboarding process easy. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Great customer service makes a big difference when you're starting a new business, and Kristopher delivered.
I'm excited to continue using Shopmonkey and would definitely recommend both the software and Kristopher to other repair shops looking for a professional shop management system.

Everyone I have spoke to was super helpful and had answers to all of my questions. Everything was explained to me so I know exactly what I'm getting for the money. Follow up questions were treated like it wasn't the third time I was confirming the same information. Something that is typically stressful was made easy to understand and I am hoping for a seamless transition. I can't wait to be a shopmonkey shop!

We have been using Shop Monkey since the very beginning of opening our shop, and we couldn't be happier with our choice.
Our clients frequently tell us how nice it is to communicate through the platform. They find the ease of replying to messages, approving estimates, and making payments incredibly helpful and streamlined. It really elevates the overall customer experience we are able to provide.
On the backend, it is also an amazing tool for managing our team and tracking the health of the shop. We use it constantly to track employee hours, run weekly and monthly business reports, and track our overall sales metrics.
Like any growing software, there were a few glitches when a major update rolled out recently. However, Shop Monkey completely stepped up—they took full responsibility, listened to their customers, clearly communicated their next steps to correct the issues, and actively requested our feedback. They are continually implementing that feedback to improve the platform. We highly recommend them to any shop owner looking for top-tier shop management software!
