Love these things! I've been looking for cheap microfiber cloths to clean things from my iPhone and laptop screens to items / surfaces around the house. Sold me an item that they didn't have in stock. Then, offered to switch to an inferior product, but at the same price as the item I originally purchased. The website should NOT allow you to put items in your cart, let alone CHARGE you for items they don't have in stock! I will say, however, that they did do a quick and honest refund. Still, need to fix your inventory/website.
