HUGE SCAM!!
That biggest scam for aircraft models - DON’T BUY. The plane is tiny and they don’t let you return item, despite numerous promises.
They also say you get a free one with every order.. they don’t.
They don’t tell you the size but show you in the add they are 4 times the size and you get this tiny one. If you have been scammed, contact your bank to request a full refund!

Ordered an F-14 with the promise of a ‘mystery model’. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the F-14. Metal, variable sweep wings move well and stay in position. Painted pilot and RIO look cool. Sits on the stand very nicely.
The mystery model didn’t arrive with the original purchase. I have been promised it will be sent out so we will see. Otherwise quite happy with the F-14

Hi received my order of 2 planes beluga and Concorde the detail are amazing the beluga front opening and closing and the wheels and the Concorde detail was very good .the customer service is great highly recommended we are going to be purchasing other planes .

The aircraft models are really wonderful. Will surely purchase more from flight models.

As a Veteran I really appreciate the Attention to Detail with the Plane Models, but I was even more impressed with the Customer Service.
I had a very, very minor issue it was quickly addressed and taken of immediately, I highly recommend anyone that's in the market for a Model Plane with Superior Quality,....to use FlightModels, again Thanks.

as a model collector this site is a scam, they lie about the models in the item description, they dont seem to know what "Diecast" means, Please never buy from here, these are toys not models.

Absolute disappointed with the amount I spent on such garbage. The size of a pencil in length. On the add it looked the size of around 45cm. It’s lucky to be 10cm.
Don’t waste your money on them. They flatly refused to do a refund. I’ll try and send a photo it will show my plane and then the box of their junk. 💩

Plane is good quality, what i expected. Slightly slower delivery than expected but was over the Christmas new year period.

Always liked military fast jets so decided to purchase an F22 raptor which came with an offer of an SR71 Blackbird . Shipping time was very good and the models were very good value . The detail on the models is also very good too . What i did find extremely good is the customer service , always had a reply within 24 hours so thank you FlightModels

One of the worst online companies I have ever dealt with. The model arrived over a month after I ordered it and was nowhere near as described on the website. I was also promised a free extra model which I did not receive. Buyer beware! Avoid this scam site at all costs.

Exceeded expectations! Models are great quality and customer service very responsive. Will definitely purchase from them again.

Thank you for my recent purchase. I ordered an SR-71 Model and wow, was I surprised. The model fit every expectation I had. The quality, the appearance and the size, was great. I appreciate the quality of products you guys do. I am a lover of planes and I for sure will be coming back to purchase more.

I received both planes that I ordered. The delivery time is longer than some other places, but it is expected as these come from china.

The quality is really good as they are diecast metal and the customer service have responded to all my queries as quickly as they can.

If you don’t mind waiting a little while I would recommend thanks guys.

Ordered a model plane based off a video on Instagram running a Christmas promo (buy 1, get 1 free). The bonus plane shown was American Airlines MD-11 in retro livery and it was the main reason for me even considering this business. Their prices are not cheap but with the bonus plane it seemed like an OK value. Shipping method chosen: Standard 2-8 Business Days. Tracking status was showing 'on its way' for 2 weeks. I sent several emails inquiring about the order status with no response to any of them. Finally saw some movement on tracking site and received the package (tiny box) after 17 days. The plane is tiny, nowhere near the size shown in their videos (there was no choice to select size during ordering) and not even the right model (ordered A350 XWB, received A350-900 in a different livery). The quality is subpar (e.g. engine cowlings are not painted, contrary to what was shown in their promo images and videos). And the kicker is - the bonus plane was not sent. I immediately emailed them to inquire about the missing plane but, predictably, received no responses after several follow-ups. This is not a legitimate business! Their scheme is to lure you with false advertisement to sell an overpriced model. I could have easily bought same small plane at my local aviation store for half the price.

Scam beware! The plane I that arrived was not the plane advertised. The order was also to include a free model, which did not arrive. Took far longer for the delivery than was promised so will be seeing a full refund (which having read previous reviews looks unlikely)

Awful awful awful!! DO NOT buy.

No communication….. it comes from China…. Cheap tat! Paintwork looks like a child has painted it. Oh and there is no free gift either. Please save your money. The plane itself is about the same size as my hand.

Ordered 3 planes and get a free one. Absolutely disgusting service free plan did not arrive and one broken, they offered me a part refund and replacements would be sent but they never arrived through a dodgy courier company, now wont even reply to any emails.
Stay away from them, planes are also about a third of the size advertised and shown
