I'm a complete aviation geek and have a small airport in my home. There aircraft i have were pretty small but satisfactory, UNTIL, found Air Models by accident. The planes liked appealing so I took a chance and ordered an Airbus A-380 in a Korean Air livery. When i made the order, I didn't pay attention to the size because I just liked the look. When my order was delivered, I was surprised how big the box was, but then I thought, I was looking at hours of assembly and a gallon of glue. Once i got around to opening the box, I couldn't believe my eyes. There were four parts only and assembly took about four minutes. Every detail was perfect- really perfect. Prior to finding Air Models, I looked at other online sites but the offerings were outrageously over-priced and not very big. My new 380 takes up the top of an end-table. I'm going to order a Boeing 787 model and i have no idea where to put it. That doesn't matter and I'll figure it out. If getting an airplane model is in your future, you've "Landed" at the right place.

I wanted to take a moment to share my first experience with this company. It was a smooth seemless positive experience. My son is an avid fan of planes. Having long outgrown department store toy models,his interests moved to these model planes and as a young adult forwarded me the link to your company .

My first experience was impressive. Fast shipping even to Canada , and the packaging was meticulous. When he opened the plane on Christmas he was taken aback at the quality and detail. He’s already said he will definitely want to order again from you.

The tag was a nice touch as well!

Ordered a diecast model from Airmodels and it was very promptly delivered and well packed.

Despite this there was some minor damage unfortunately and when I contacted customer support they were very prompt to reply and offered an immediate solution.

I don’t judge anyone for making a mistake (as I wold be judging myself a lot), I judge them by how they respond and make amends where necessary.

Customer service was exemplary and Trustpilot only allow five stars but I would give Air Models six.

The plastic wing tip of the Spitfire came off in my hand. The propellor is not metal and the plastic stand is cheap and has irrelevant branding. No mention of the Spitfire.
