I placed an order a couple weeks ago and have not received my order. I have reached out to customer service, and have yet to hear back from you guys. I just want my refund on an order that has not even shipped.

It was easy to order
It was easy to order. It took 2 weeks for my item to arrive, but that may have been due to Christmas. I will find out now that Christmas is over ordering something else from them. Quality is good, but I did notice that their sizes run small. I originally ordered a Large, but I received an XL, which works out but that would not have been good if my item didn't fit.

You guys did good
You guys did just fine with delivering tha package. I didn't expect it to take as long as it did, (probably because I didn't look at the shipping days) but I didn't mind at all. As long as it got here safe and sound thats fine with me.
So keep doing what your doing, and I am sure I will be back to shop around again
