I have ordered pants from AM Apparel and when I tried them on they were way too small. So I wrote to the CS and requested either a refund or a replacement. They asked me to ship the pants back and they would send me a replacement with a bigger size. Over a month and several emails later, they stopped responding so I gave up and I guess they just stole my money.

Delivery was slow. 3 1/2 weeks. Did not return any of my emails. Finally was able to chat online with an agent. Never got a tracking number. Might look elsewhere for a similar jacket in future. Nice jacket tho. I'm glad it arrived, because I saw your company had a poor rating and a lot of bad reviews.

They sent me a POS hoody with threads sticking out of it and charged me for a full tracksuit. I ordered the tracksuit they have on their site.

Never received my order. It's been over 20days now.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I've had a similar experience as other posters. Ordered a jacket on Aug. 17. It's September 27 and I still don't have it. I asked for a refund and what do you know-customer Service told me it had just "shipped." Funny how that happened on the day I reached out to their chat bot. Now they say I should receive it in 8-10 business days, but I don't believe them because they can't provide a tracking number. The absolute worst. Look, if your shipping takes a long time, that's find. Just let me know in advance. But now I'm pretty sure I've been scammed out of $117.

I am waiting on the trade in on my order and no one has responded!!😡. I have sent back the item and have not received the larger size!😡

I haven't received my order. I couldn't reach to store but I didin't get any response from them. I disputed this payment and waiting for refoum. So I seriously complain about them.

This item was made of very poor material. I threw it in the trash. Waited over two months for delivery. Absolute ridiculous

Waited over a month for order 5606. Still waiting for order 5605.

I ordered some shorts 2 weeks ago and never received them. I went to their website and it’s no longer available. I filed a dispute with my card company against them.

It took almost a month to get this one item. Customer service needs improvement. I tried to reach out to them multiple times and they never responded. Dishonest business practices. The tracking page said Item would ship in 2-4 business days. I will not be ordering from here again.

Did not receive order. Was order prior to Christmas. It is now Feb 10

I never got my package. This shipping number never worked and I ordered back in November, have tried reaching out to your support team and have never gotten a response back. You guys suck
