This company renamed to 1nventory.com to get away from the bad reviews. Let it be known it’s still the same incompetence verging on scam. Inaccurate listings, questionable legit. Also they operate as “375” on grailed. See more terrible reviews there.

I came across this website thinking I was actually going to receive a designer item to wear for my birthday, I even paid for 2 day shipping. Here it is 6/7 days later and I still have not received my item nor do they respond back to me. I just want my $350 I paid them for the item. I’m so upset imma have to get my lawyer involved

Terrible customer service.

My shoes were shipped quickly and were beautiful. My only issue was the wrong size was shipped to me. Customer service responded quickly, sent a return label, and I was shipped out the correct pair within a week. I really appreciated the service provided and I love my Louboutins. I will definitely order from Shop375 going forward! My shoes arrived with the box, dust bags, and tips just as if purchases directly from the boutique.

Best quality with authentic product and excellent service

I ordered a dior t shirt and never received it. When I reach out to costumer service they said the post office delivered my package at my mailbox. I live in a 400 family building and have 24hr doorman so I don’t know how that’s possible. CS didn’t really do anything to help and all in all I had to have my credit card dispute the charge. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!

Amazing customer service and even more amazing shoes at unbelievable prices. I bought my wife a pair of Christian Louboutin boots at a fraction of the original retail cost, needless to say she LOVED them! My new favorite place to shop. Thank you!

shipping was ok. However, I ordered a pair of Louboutin booties that came with different box contents as my friends who placed an order for the same shoe. Her shoe arrived damaged, and my shoe has the wrong zipper on it! I contacted Christian Louboutin CS and they told me based on my description of the shoe to them that it is probably not genuine and that I should bring it into the store for the shoe to be destroyed. I had returned them 4 days ago to Shop375 in "perfect" condition ( exactly as I received them) and yet have I heard about my return. I am not sure if they sell real products or not but I do not trust them.

This website sucks it’s not gift sending ready i tried to order a gift from here for a friend they said it was fraud and cancelled my order even thou my back did pproved the transaction don’t waste your time using this site

Received the wrong item and had to return.

This was my first time ordering from Shop375. I got a Gucci bag at a great price!!! I received a personalized thank you email from Alan a few days later. That was a really nice touch. I responded and he wrote back. It’s nice not getting just an automated email. I was pleasantly surprised how nice and sturdy the bag was packaged. I will definitely recommend and shop here again. Thank you so much!
