I initially had a book delivered which ended up being damaged. However I got in contact to the team and they were incredibly nice and helpful, gave me access to a e-book free of charge and sent a replacement copy which came promptly.overall very happy and a great book very helpful

Very poor quality of the pages
Very poor quality of the pages, blurr photos, looks like a student time of copy made, this is way too much paid for a book like this. Customs clearance was taking a long time, this was not made aware by you.

Shipping experience
Book was shipped to Germany. Had to pay two times charges and customs. One of the worst experience I have had in a long time.

No access to book until I had to write email to company saying I had no login to access wither by connect.
