Bought an authentic jersey for 175 euros. One year later the ironed on logos are falling off, the Reak Madrid logo has fallen off leaving a silver logo. The official 24/25 logo has fallen off. This is a jersey that is occasionally worn in the house. Better quality buying bootleg products on the street.

This year, I decided to purchase the authentic away kit. I selected a size L, ordered it with Mbappé’s name and number 10, and added the Champions League patch. I carefully submitted everything, spending around $300.

When I later checked my order, I realized the app had selected the default size instead of the one I chose. I contacted the official store just a few hours later, as soon as I noticed the mistake, but they told me there was no solution.

Now I’ve lost $300 and will receive a jersey that is completely unusable for me.

I feel robbed—just like during the Negreira era with Barcelona. I never expected this from the team I’ve loved with all my heart for over three decades. What a shame.

Bei meiner Bestellung gab es einen Fehler mit meinem Account wofür mir zu viel berechnet wurde. Ich habe den Support kontaktiert welcher Innerhalb 24h auf meine Anfrage geantwortet und darauf meine Bestellung wie gewünscht gecancelt und den Betrag mir zurücküberwiesen hat. Tolle und einfache Kommunikation.

Ich bin seit über 30 Jahren Real Madrid-Fan und deshalb fällt mir diese Bewertung alles andere als leicht. Gerade weil ich den Verein liebe, bin ich von der Entwicklung des Fanshops und des Kundenservices sehr enttäuscht.

Die Bearbeitung meiner Bestellung war dieses Mal sogar relativ schnell. Das eigentliche Problem beginnt aber nach dem Versand. Meine Bestellung wurde am 10. verschickt und ist bis heute noch nicht einmal in Deutschland angekommen. Ich möchte Hermes dafür gar nicht die Schuld geben. Vielmehr habe ich den Eindruck, dass die Ware auf einem sehr langsamen Versandweg transportiert wird. Anders kann ich mir diese Lieferzeit kaum erklären.

Zum Vergleich: Ich bestelle regelmäßig bei einem Schuhladen in Madrid. Dort wird mit UPS verschickt und meine Bestellung ist innerhalb von drei Tagen bei mir in Deutschland. Deshalb verstehe ich nicht, warum das beim größten Fußballverein der Welt so lange dauert.

Auch die Sendungsverfolgung ist wenig hilfreich. Nach der Versandbestätigung erhält man kaum aussagekräftige Informationen zum aktuellen Status der Lieferung.

Der Kundenservice ist aus meiner Sicht leider ebenfalls deutlich schlechter geworden. Zunächst landet man bei einer KI, und wenn man schließlich einen Mitarbeiter erreicht, fallen die Antworten oft sehr kurz aus und gehen kaum auf das eigentliche Anliegen ein. Gerade wenn man außerhalb Spaniens lebt, fühlt man sich als Kunde leider ziemlich alleingelassen.

Als langjähriger Madridista und Member hätte ich mir einen Service gewünscht, der dem Namen Real Madrid gerecht wird. Der Verein ist Weltklasse – der Fanshop und der Support haben aus meiner Sicht beim Versand und Kundenservice noch erhebliches Verbesserungspotenzial.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Save your money, your time, and your nerves, and avoid this company at all costs.
I placed an order that was NEVER delivered to me. Instead of reaching my address, my package went on a ridiculous Tour de la Europe due to their complete logistical incompetence. Mistakes happen, but what makes this company terrible is their fraudulent refund policy.
When they finally issued a "refund," they only returned the money for the items, but blatantly REFUSED to refund the shipping fee! Let me get this straight: you completely failed to deliver my package, yet you think you have the right to keep my money for a transport service you NEVER provided? I am not a charity funding your internal logistical failures. This is the exact definition of unjust enrichment and a direct violation of EU consumer protection laws.
Their customer service is utterly useless. They hide behind automated bot responses, refuse to take objective liability for their carrier partners, and treat their customers with zero respect.
I am currently filing a Chargeback through my bank for goods/services not received, and I am reporting their business practices to the European Consumer Centre in Spain.
Do not trust them with your money. You have been warned!

Habe mehrmals bei dem Shop bestellt. Ware kam aus Spanien rechtzeitig an.
Jedoch hatte einmal ein Problem mit einem Shirt. Es war mir zu groß, weshalb ich es zurückschicken wollte. Online Rücksendelabel hat meine Bestellnummer nicht erkannt. So habe ich den Support angeschrieben. Die haben sich nach 3 Tagen gemeldet und wollten eigentlich mir helfen. Ich habe denen was die von mir wollten zugeschickt. Dann kam
aber keine Antwort mehr und einen Rücksendelabel habe ich auch nicht erhalten. Habe die mehrmals angeschrieben doch immer wieder keine Antwort erhalten. Ich verstehe nicht wie ein Real Madrid Shop so unseriös sein kann und mir ein falsch bestelltes T-Shirt nicht mehr zurücknimmt. Nun ist die Rücksendefrist verstrichen und vermutlich werden sie die Ware nie mehr zurücknehmen. Nun habe ich ein Shirt, dass ich nicht anziehen kann. Sehr enttäuscht. 2 Sterne, weil Ware versendet aber auch verspätet und schlechter Kundenservice. Fast Betrug!!!!

As a Mardrista Premium member I have placed three orders from the Real Madrid Online Shop, and unfortunately, two of them have gone wrong.

With my first order, the currency somehow changed from euros to US dollars after I placed it, and in the end, the products never arrived at all.

My most recent order was for the Carvajal Special Edition shirt. I paid for the Authentic version, but they shipped the standard replica version instead while still charging me for the Authentic shirt.

At this point, I don't even dare return the shirt because I have very little confidence that they can handle the return properly. Based on my previous experience, I'm genuinely worried they could lose the shirt during the process, leaving me without either the shirt or my money.

It's unbelievable that such a large organization can repeatedly make such basic mistakes and handle customer complaints so poorly.

To make matters worse, after they finally replied to my latest complaint, they threatened to close my support ticket because I hadn't responded within just two days. Since then, I haven't heard anything for over two weeks, so I seriously doubt they have any intention of resolving my case.

Overall, my experience has been extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend ordering from the Real Madrid Online Shop based on my experience.

No le pongo menos porque no se puede, prometen envíos de 1/2 días hábiles que no cumplen, llamas y no responden al teléfono, 12 días después aun no me he recibido el pedido, cuando consigo que cojan el teléfono ( después de 3 días llamando), me atiende un chico con una prepotencia y un egocentrismo brutal, insinuando que es la primera vez que llamo y que si no le digo el numero de referencia y buenos días no me sigue atendiendo después de las maneras que habla, obviamente el buenos días por mi parte no lo recibe y con todos sus huevos morenos me cuelga. Obviamente vuelvo a llamar, gracias a dios me atiende otra persona con muchísima más educación y saber estar y me comunica que como ve que llevo días llamando y sin obtener respuesta, va a llevar ella mi caso y que no se sabe nada del pedido, ni si se ha mandado ni si lo tienen los transportistas( la agencia de transportes me ha dicho que no se les ha entregado el paquete). Vergonzoso el personal que tienen(salvo la segunda chica), ofrecen envíos en plazos que no cumplen y no te atienden si no insistes.. Lamentable para ser la tienda oficial, luego se quejan porque la gente compra falsificaciones.

El servicio posventa es pésimo. Evitad comprar por la web de la tienda oficial. Curaros en salud:)

Lo que compréis por la web, no podéis devolver ni cambiar nada en las tiendas físicas… luego todo el proceso para la devolución del artículo y dinero, tarda mucho. Es una pena que una marca tan buscada por los aficionados, que podría tener las herramientas para ofrecer un mejor servicio, lo haga de la peor manera… deja mucho qué desear.

The Real Madrid Online Store was extremely misleading regarding shipping and import charges. At checkout, I was quoted only $23.49 for Express Shipping, and there was no mention whatsoever that I could be responsible for additional customs duties, import fees, or other charges after delivery. I was later billed an unexpected $195 by FedEx, despite receiving no warning during the checkout process that any additional fees could apply.

Receiving an unexpected bill equal to nearly 40% of my total merchandise purchase was both frustrating and disappointing. Had these additional charges been disclosed, or even mentioned during checkout, I could have made a fully informed purchasing decision.

I am a long-time supporter of Real Madrid, but unless the store reimburses or otherwise addresses these unexpected charges, I will not purchase from the Real Madrid Online Store again. Customers deserve clear and transparent pricing, especially when substantial import duties and fees may be charged after an order is placed.

I am requesting reimbursement for the unexpected $195 charge. If this issue is not resolved, I will have no choice but to take my business elsewhere and will be unable to recommend purchasing through the Real Madrid Online Store in the future.

25-30 days to deliver something within EU?

In maart een tenue besteld voor mijn zoon. Nu na 3 maanden op 2 plaatsen een ladder in de stof vanuit de naad in de hals aan de voorkant, wat duidelijk te zien is. Dit is een kwaliteitsprobleem en geen gebruiker schuld! Toch willen ze de klacht niet oplossen en zit ik nu met een tenue van €110 van nog geen 3mnd oud en pas een paar keer kunnen dragen! Heb de ECC Belgie gemaild. Nu afwachten tot hun reageren en helpen.

Me siento estafado, hice un pedido, el pantalón me quedaba chico y compré una talla más, procedo con la devolución del pantalón que me quedaba grande, envío el paquete lo reciben el 10 de abril 2026 y cuando les llamo a la semana de que lo recibieran me dicen que el almacén no dio la orden de reembolso que espere al lunes siguiente, tras varios lunes estamos hoy a 12 de junio 2026 aún sigue sin tener la devolución, he procedido a la disputa con mi banco revolut y a ver si hay suerte. Vaya con la institución real madrid que chasco me ha dado!!!!! Ojo si compráis con las devoluciones.

Envío, producto y embalaje perfecto. No encontrábamos la equipación nueva por ningún lado y ha llegado enseguida.

Una sudadera que tras el tercer lavado se empiezan a deteriorar los escudos y a levantarse y me dicen que nada pueden hacer , que ya pasarán a calidad el aviso para que cambien de proveedor, palabras textuales de la persona que me ha atendido al teléfono. Me parece que la gran marca debe hacerse responsable de la mala calidad de los productos. Igual es un defecto de fabrica que ha dado la cara a los pocos lavados, no más de tres, rel revés, solo y con agua fría. Vaya una vergüenza y una gran decepción .
