Alex and Jae’s communication skills are on point! They kept me informed, after a multiple item order went missing with a courier, unfortunately, it took just short of a month from placing the order to receiving it. Thank you for your support, 3 stars awarded for initially using an unreliable courier which meant my sons birthday present was three weeks late.

Order was lost by EVRI, emailed club shop and within 10 mins I had an apology and the order re issued. Brilliant service .

We recently ordered a football shirt which arrived with a fault in the printing. Alex and the customer service staff were very friendly, helpful and prompt in responding to my contact about this and in sending out a replacement. Thank you!

I spent £111 on my husbands 25/26 Nufc shirt. After washing by hand twice the logos all peeled off. I emailed customer service and Alex was a star and sorted it out in no time at all. All within a matter of hours. Ive never had such awesome customer service. Thanks Alex

Upside down football shirts...refuse to answer calls emails and simply try give you 30 pound refund and not reply to questions.

I payed £170 so why would my daughters be happy with £30 and an upside down shirt what a joke.

Ordered an XS instead of a Large. I immediately realised and contacted the club to see if I could change the order. Although the order could not be changed the club did cancel the order and reimbursed me. Very happy.

Second £120 pound shirt received and applied patches fall off before washing WTF ! quality is so bad at an expressive level

I was upset with myself for not getting the Carabao cup winners jersey in time, they are sold out of my size. But, I’m very happy with the customized 25/26 third kit and black polo I ordered from the NUFC shop. Finding what I wanted on the site was easy. The package arrived to my house here in South Carolina right on schedule. The fit on both shirts is perfect. I couldn’t ask for a better transaction.
