Prompt delivery and lovely food: Sicillian sausages and ravioli (nduja and scamorza)- definitely repeatable.

Offensive assistant (on the shop floor - not the person who took payment at the till) in Soho branch, dictating which packets on the shelves I should buy and asking me if I wanted a basket, like I was going to run off with a packet of biscuits. If I wasn’t buying for the kids (as promised), I would have walked out without purchasing. I won’t be going back to Lina’s again. It’s easy enough to find alternative retailers. I have kept the original receipt and have a photo of it on file, and the debit from my account is on my statement. There is no mistake on my part and I stand by this just and fair review.

Delivery was very late. Only arrived at 10.30pm. Which made a lot of problems for my wife as she has a newborn baby

I have eaten at Lina Stores many times and it’s always delicious. So when I saw that they also do catering, I thought it would be perfect for a work event that I was organising. Claudio was so incredibly helpful, nothing was too much to ask. Would highly recommend!

I contacted Lina stores chat because we were having an issue with a voucher (no fault of Lina Stores) and they were really prompt and helpful sorting it out for us. We have received a delivery from them before and it arrived when they said it would and was packed beautifully.

We have used Lina Stores Catering on numerous occasions for delivery. Claudio is so helpful. They are consistently punctual, and the food is always fresh and well-packaged. I highly recommend Lina Stores Catering. If you have the opportunity, I also suggest visiting their restaurants for dine-in — the food is always excellent.

Product arrived same date as stated and well packaged with some ice to keep the product cool. I really like the Toscan sausage very well as it’s really different from other sausages from Tesco and Aldi as it’s more meaty than fat, full of flavour and aromatic though more expensive as it’s double price to other sausages from Aldi but worth it anyway. The Guanciale was also good and full of flavour though I don’t know the real taste of Umbria guanciale as this was my first time of trying it.

A problem in transit as dealt with swiftly and effectively by the customer service team. Great tasting pasta and sauce with efficient delivery by DHL

Arrived late and the ragu sauce had spilt all over the other products in the package creating a terrible mess to clear up.
