I've been ordering Lina stores for a few years now, usually if we're celebrating something. However, this time the bolognaise lid simply was not put on properly so popped off during the delivery. The customer service team refunded, and we were able to pick up a new bolognaise that day from a store in town which is great. But we live a 45 mins away, so the 90 min round trip was a faff. Also, the quality of the parmesan has gone notable downhill. Saying that, the pasta and sauces are just divine. I would advise to order a day before if you're ordering for something special.

Order arrived 4.5 hours late for my daughter’s baptism. They initially said it would be 45-hour and no further updates.

Focaccia was very disappointing- stale, not fresh and no taste. No refund given for extent of the delay - just delivery refund.

The delivery man failed to ring doorbell. I have film if this.
My guess is that they do this to avoid human interaction saving time. Leaving food on the doorstep is not best. Luckily, I heard his van reversing up the drive.

Great products, packaged very well and used a reputable courier to deliver the items. Arrived on time and great communication from both Lina and DHL.

Sadly the biscuits were all broken which is a shame as our hamper was a gift. Also during the purchase process the address for delivery was changed to the billing address.

Having written the above Lina’s Stores contacted me and the service was excellent. They offered to resend the hamper and looked into the issue I had with the delivery address. The problem with packaging well also be looked at. Will definitely use them again and also worth visiting Lina’s stores as their food is excellent.

Fantastic dishes which we sent to our friends who have a newborn baby. They cried with delight at how delicious and thoughtful the gift was. Came on chosen day and delivered securely in cooler bag. Super easy and quick to cook and yummy 🤤

Transaction was easy and being able to select a delivery day was useful.
The products I bought were a birthday gift and when it arrived it was very well packaged and all looked good.

I live in Jersey 🇯🇪 but always adore visiting Lina Stores when I’m in London – especially the beautiful delicatessen on Greek Street and the charming café in Marylebone. This year, I ordered the Dolce Hamper as a birthday surprise for my dearest friend in London, and it was absolutely perfect. From the elegant packaging to the delicious selection of Italian treats, every detail was impeccable.
