Amazing food, amazing service, well done and thank you so much

Delicious fresh products, will definitely be buying again and will be placing an order for Christmas. Highly recommended.

The kale that came in the meal kit was cooked and not raw like shown in the picture on the online shop, it was overcooked and soggy, the cooking instructions said to add olive oil in a pan and add kale and cook ! The already overcooked kale turned the whole pasta dish dark green colour, it was also extremely salty, everyone tried to eat it but more than half ended up in the bin.
Now I’ve had this dish in lina restaurant and we loved it, what came in the meal kit does not resemble what we ate at the restaurant at all. Very disappointing as it was a birthday gift and resulted in a spoilt meal. I’ve bought meal kits from Nonna tonda and pasta evangelist before and they have been perfect, turned out just like the pictures and taste so good.
A waste of almost £60, I won’t be ordering any more meal kits from Lina.
The tiramisu on the other hand was very good.

I have ordered many times as gifts for friends and family would fully recommend. A Fantastic choice of items to order, and always delivers on time.

I made the order and chose a date (1st October), with the intention that the order would arrive on the day of my son’s 21st birthday. sadly I received a message at around 6:30pm on the 1st October on informing me the order would be delayed by 24 hours. Obviously this is very disappointing, as the birthday present is now due to arrive a day after his birthday.

This was given as a gift to my brother & family on the day of their house move. They were thrilled with it & said how tasty the meals were, how easy to assemble they were. I was very pleased with their feed back. Thank you.

The order wasn’t shipped, I wasn’t informed. When I chased the order they said there was a delivery issue but then got a notification from DHL to say the order had just been created. Ended up being a week late for a birthday

Incredibly team all round and fantastic food. Far too much to enjoy!

The delivery was perfect and on time... thank you, but the products are no longer what they were, more limited and controlled in jars, not loose. After 80+years this seems a retrograde step. Come on Lina, get back to your roots... good, basic Italian food that can also be delivered. And, we are sad that dogs aren't allowed in Lina restaurants, unlike other Italian venues! This will be our last order.

Ordered for a family dinner and was not disappointed. Food was easy to prepare, very tasty and loved by everyone. Will definitely order from the online shop again. Customer service was excellent (thanks Reggie) when we had some delivery challenges.

Excellent quality. Would highly recommend the cured hams.. coppa was outstanding as was the Gorgonzola.
