Appalling customer service. Bought a present for Christmas and it was incorrect size. Website return section wouldn't work, emailed address provided on the error message, and the one provided on my invoice and both bounced back after a few days saying incorrect email address. Messaged through website, and no response a week later! Postage was also the highest of any companies I have ordered from over Christmas. Certainly won't be purchasing from them online again.

Would give 0 * if it was an option .........Placed an order on the 21/12/2023, heard nothing,. tracking showing not despatched, called them today to find out they are carry out a stock take, so therefore no orders despatched. told the adviser James that this should have been noted on the website, or checkout or despatch emails to make it clear to customers who had ordered.
Looking at the last review, they havent updated anything either. Poor customer service, take the order and money and they leave customers hanging for their paid orders with NO update.

Very very disappointed and frustrated with this company . I ordered a personalised 23/24 away shirt - personalised on the 21st of December, I still haven’t received the product or better yet had any update other than “ processing “ . I’ve attempted to contact the email provided numerous times and it bounces back as failed to send . £85 is a lot to loose especially with it being a gift that’s now well overdue . Devastated doesn’t quite cut it I’m not sure I’ll ever receive the shirt .

My order has been processed within a few days after instant payment via PayPal. I was a bit worried because my tracking status did not change for plenty of days while I did not receive a tracking code of the actual shipping company, hence I tried to contact the shop. They eventually replied in a very friendly way and could help me with the actual tracking code, but I had to wait for days until I got any response from their side. After all, it took a bit more than two weeks until the parcel has finally been delivered on my doorstep. Now I'm so happy with the product (MOT) and its high quality (I bought the item on a special offer) that I can quickly forget about the complications while trying to contact the shop respectevely its relatively long shipping time to a European country. And you'll not get into any trouble with costums if you're not in the UK (they use DDP, so the costumer is not responsible for any duties and taxes) which is very convenient considering the hassle with costums you usually have on European mainland after Brexit when ordering something from the UK.

Rip off leeds united. I ordered my husband a Christmas jumper from Web site for £35.00 plus p+p £4.99 total cost £40.00. Unfortunately it was a little snug so had to be
returned. This is were my anger comes in, this jumper was originally £29.75 then tax and vat was added on invoice plus P+P. So bringing it too £40.00. So on returning this jumper I was offered the £29.75 then I had to pay the p+p which was £5 35 to return so I.ll be lucky to get £24.00 back considering the jumper cost £35.00 total rip off leeds united never again will I order from yous. What makes it even worse the jumper ain't even British made in Bangladesh. Hand your head in shame leeds united. SHAM.

Appalling Customer Service
Similar story as previous reviewers. Order placd on 11th December for 2 shirts. Nothing received, no correspondence. Emails to Customer Service bounce back as undelivered, phone calls not answered and ring back requested not actioned. Am beginning to wonder whether I have been scammed. Will be taking action through credit card company.
Apparently there's fine print to be read
Bought my nephew a kit for his birthday with personalisation. All through the process a guarantee of delivery in 5 days. Did not arrive in time and when I rang I was just told that if I checked the fine print personalisation takes longer.
Asked them to go through the process of buying on the website and find where it says that and they couldn't. She just kept repeating that it was what they were told to say.
No interest at all in helping to find a resolution. Had her "response line" and she was satisfied in not having to help any further than that.

Very disappointed
I placed an order on the leeds official website on the 7th of December, when I check the progress of my order it shows still processing. I have called but can never get through and I've also pressed 1 for a call back which I will never receive. For such an amazing football team the merchandise department is appalling and will never purchase again. Oh and I'm still waiting for a reply from my emails and my call back.

Really disappointing. Ordered a home shirt on the 24th November. E-mail received 25th dispatched.
No tracking number, e-mailed shop at leedsunited.com as in order dispatch instructions bounce back couple of days later stating e-mail doesn't exist.
Filled a contact request on shop website no reply. Spoke to a lady on premium number friday who said nothing on tracking which the details of said tracking number still not given to me.
Said she would check with warehouse and would call back with options. No call friday and no call Monday.
Will be calling tomorrow to demand a refund failing that will start chargeback procedures with bank as don't feel my christmas present will arrive. Feel cheated and swindled.
Update: Spoke to a woman named Karen on Tuesday who left a voicemail claiming no refund available as it is with Royal Mail. No tracking number given, still no parcel, 11 pounds spent on phone calls to their premium rate number no details as requested of who to complain to and no e-mail confirming dispatch.
Breaking the LAW!!!
Sent the wrong item but I still have to pay for the return postage! Both immoral and illegal practice under the distance selling legislation! They even have the audacity to say that customers can use their preferential rates with the courier DPD at almost £10!!!

Can never get an order right and zero customer service
Can never get an order right. I ordered 2 child’s kits online, got 4 XXL Mens shirts. Sent an email to the email address on website, get a returned email saying it’s not valid. Tried again several times, same. So sent a contact form via website, no response. So I have 4 men’s XXL tops and not what I ordered. They have zero customer service. Chat is never on the website, no phone number! Shocking for such a big club. Hassle I could do without quite frankly!

Fasrt delivery request - slow and bad service
I have ordered a jersey with speedy delivery (DHL) which as per T&C is 1-3 days to EU. As we run into several days delay contacted webshop/hotline but besides receiving apologies and directions to contact customs myself, no action was ever taking place, at my numerous request failed to speak to a supervisor. Apalling quality of service, very negative feelings about how customers are treated. They promised to refund delivery costs - never received. Neither received any material feedback on my compensation request. Inability and inflexibility to marterially cover up for the stress, chasing my order - not recommeded to purchase at all from them. Wish i could rate with negative stars, even the 1-star is way too much

Ticket for Birmingham City game was not received phoned Leeds ticket office which wiped their hands of the matter and would not help. My daughter follows Leeds United home and away and travels miles to support them with her mates who live in London and Hertfordshire. So if the ticket not received before Friday it's literally useless,

items delivered all ok. Trouble started when trying to return. No return paperwork in the delivery. No reply from multiple emails. Only contact is the premium number. Would defo avoid ordering off line.
Terrible experience ordering a T-shirt…
Terrible experience ordering a T-shirt for my partners daughter. We ordered a personalised T-shirt didn’t fit asked to return it they said they couldn’t because it’s personalised. Which is fair enough I asked for the T-shirt to be returned. The staff are so unhelpful and so rude wouldn’t reply to emails even spoke to the manager who was not helpful at all. Ordered the shirt last November and we still haven’t had it returned. Will never order anything again which is such a shame as my Partner has been a Leeds fan all of his life so disappointing.
Delivery terrible
Delivery terrible, customer service appalling, special mention for the online chat who took 15+ minutes to even find the order. Apparently in the 3/5 days normal delivery the operative word is normally. No responsibility taken for delivery taking longer, that’s just the way it is.
Wonderful shop
