Trying to purchase tickets for friendly against Valencia. Online system constantly down, not fit for purpose! So if you want tickets, forced to call. Transpires the number is a 0371, so you are charged. Once you get through you have to listen to the garbage before you get to the option to talk to a person. At that point the line becomes engaged and then you are disconnected. In 2024 when people like Ticketmaster can handle large volumes why are Leeds still in the dark ages
Terrible customer service by Ticketing Staff and Supporter Liaison
Due to a website error it wouldn't allow me to buy my playoff ticket. I rang as soon as the lines opened to sort it out and was met by a very rude individual who refused to help. I wrote an email complaint and was told I needed proof (obviously they just can't take the word of someone who has supported the club for over 30 years). Long story short they've now sold my ticket to someone else. When I raised the issue the tickets were not available for anyone else to purchase so they could have helped me but they decided not to. This club isn't the club I used to know the staff are all horrible to deal with they could not care less about us season ticket holders.

Misses from half a yard and if he kicked a Car Wheel he would most likely miss it completely and break his ankle in the process...utterly horrendous he should have been dumped out years ago.

My 14 year old is a huge Leeds United fan. He used his Christmas money to buy a Leeds jacket and scarf. The parcel never arrived so I tried to contact them to arrange a replacement or refund. It’s almost impossible to speak to anyone. Emails aren’t answered and the phone number is premium rate.
I finally got a reply on the ‘contact us’ service on their website, but they just said that the parcel had been delivered and there was a photo of the parcel left in some random location. I had to try to contact them again to tell them that the parcel never arrived. they’d given no contact info so I had to use the ‘contact us’ tool again, as well as email.
Finally got a replay after several days. They still hadn’t sorted it out so I had to try to reply again!!! This went on for weeks. In the end, I had to give up. My son spent over £70 and got nothing! What a horrible way to treat your young fans!

Recently purchased a shirt paid postage on top (£4.99) item arrived faulty (no sponsor on front) returned for a replacement ended up with a refund for £17.98 which was the original price of the shirt £28 with additional shipping charges of £10 taken off even though I’d already paid shipping and the item was FAULTY which was no fault of mine so ended up with no shirt and £17 out of pocket!! AVOID. Trading standards next!!

Terrible, Terrible serviceI returned a top as it was to large I printed off return label paid for postage. I never heard from them. I emailed texted nothing. Finally contacted the shop and a very nice lady told me she would email warehouse its not possible for me to do so but could I help her with my complaint by emailing again to an email she gave me. After another email and 4 days pastI finally heard . I got a refund but they took off £5.00 postage which I had already paid. I have tried to get this back because a principle is at stake they have said this would be refunded but it hasn't been

Only a small purchase for me, on 4 Jan I purchased some Peacocks sports shorts and paid £4.99 for delivery; the medium size delivered were too small so on 16 Jan I returned them at a further cost of £2.40 and asked for an exchange to large size please; I did manage to get through to 'James?' in the shop on 13 Feb who said the goods return had been received and my requested exchange would be despatched within 5 working days; then on 15 Feb and an email saying my purchase only fee had been refunded!! So I now have no goods and have paid £7.39 in postage to establish the LUFC Shop do not understand basic simple requests. I shall now resort to using my adopted southern club = Watford.

Bought a beenie hat for the winter months. Started to fall to bits after a few months. The quality of the material is extremely poor especially for the price £28 (scam).
Bought a Leeds united lego( not real Lego) set for the little one. Same issue poor quality, no where near the quality of Lego. But they’re happy to charge an arm and a leg for Over priced rubbish.
Overcharging since August 2023
Regarding the LUTV service, I pay £3.49 per month to watch the games afterwards and for the great commentary for each game, but I recently discovered they were taking out £6.98 per month, they were charging me twice. I’ve sent numerous messages over this last month and the other day I received an email saying it’s been looked into. No apologies and nothing in response from anyone else as yet. I’m trying to recover the £17 but I don’t understand why this should happen and why they would do this in the first place. I love Leeds United, they’re my club but we fans quite often feel like we are not treated fairly and seem to receive cheap tacky services such as product overprices and not very good quality, and my irritating issue as mentioned.

I queried the sizing of women’s replica shirts as my husband had bought me an Adidas item from the online LUFC store for Christmas and it was vast.
I was assured by two of the store managers (I phoned two to be absolutely sure I was getting the right size as I’m disabled and can’t get to the stores 60 miles away) that the Medium women’s would be the best size for me. I’d told them my height, measurements etc. I ordered two shirts, one personalised and they took over three weeks to arrive. During this time I had emails bounce when I queried the order status and the tracking service just said processing.
The shirts arrived today and they’re poor quality, sized too small despite all I was told and I can’t send them back as one is personalised.
Sort yourselves out, the women’s replica kit should be as good as the mens’. I wish I’d ordered a men’s size but was told that they wouldn’t look as good. They couldn’t look any worse.
My husband hasn’t yet received the £95 refund for the tracksuit he bought me either, the tracksuit that should never have been on the website as the shop staff laughed about how oversized it was when I phoned the stores to query the sizing of the replica shirts. If they knew it was massively oversized why sell the thing and make people pay to return it.
Abysmal, this used to be a good site with decent quality clothing, it’s beyond poor and the customer service online doesn’t exist unless you’re prepared to pay 10p a minute to phone them and be left on hold!
The worst service ever
The worst service ever. I had ordered a gift for my partners birthday and arrived all dirty and was not happy the refund process is driving me me mad. There is no response when you email the customer service and is just an all out joke. This is by far the worse service I have ever had.
Hard to deal with online when returning items
Placed 2 orders on the 10th and 11th December for Christmas. Took 8 days to receive. Was sat "processing" for days until I chased orders. Socks weren't in stock, so they cancelled that part of the order on the 15th December, issued a refund (or so I was advised), then dispatched the rest of it. This refund never arrived and its been over a month. Told today they will chase it. Last time I called them it cost over 3 quid to call and I was on the phone longer today, so have spent more than the socks are worth.
Had to return 3 items as they didn't fit (2 shirts and a pair of shorts). Unable to do exchanges online or take into store (which would only take 10 minutes to do and be easier for everyone).
Tracking shows items were received on 10th January by Leeds. Can't chase yet as it hasn't been 14 days and they have been doing a stock check so are behind with orders. Hopefully won't have to wait another month for this refund before being chased. I can't afford to be over £80 out of pocket.
I've received an email today regarding season ticket renewals, so it looks like Leeds United will be expecting some more money from me soon as well!
Leeds United rely on and take advantage of the fact they are in a unique business, where you are a supporter and are loyal to them, even when you receive bad service. If they were a supermarket, clothes store, etc you would simply go elsewhere

No sign of my refund for returned items
Ordered 2 football tops as a Christmas gift, they didnt arrive on time. However, my fault, I ordered incorrect size. I immediately ordered another 2 tops in a smaller size, and completed the returns forms etc for the original order, and posted them back on 28 December. Tracking shows package having been delivered on 30 December.
After several emails bouncing back to me, I finally got a response on Tuesday, 16 January to say they had no record of the items having been returned. I sent them the proof of postage, which they asked for, and I have not heard anything back since!
I wont be letting this go, I will fight for my refund. The tracking shows the package having been delivered.
*UPDATE* after providing proof of postage, I received an email from customer services on Thursday 18 Jan stating that I should receive an email and refund in the next few days. Another week has passed since and ive heard nothing. Ive sent another 2 emails asking about my refund, which have been unanswered.
