Love the actual product however we were getting through 1 filter every 2 weeks as our water is so bad , making it more expensive than bottled water

I have not had a very good experience…
I have not had a very good experience with either the product or the response to my questions and request for a refund.
Essentially, please do not buy this product if you live in a hard water area. It will not perform properly and you will need to change the filter at least once per week.
Obviously in a soft water area it may work perfectly well. If only there was this information on the website, I would not have made an expensive mistake and sent so much plastic to landfill (the filters).

From jug to big dispenser
I had a zero water jug for years and I ve now updated with the glass big dispenser. I am very happy with my new choice because you can still use the distilled water while refilling the station, thing you cannot do with the jug. Only a suggestion: although the big distiller looks fabulous with glass and shiny inox in my kitchen, it would be nice to have an optional adjunctive base to lift it off the surface as if positioned near the sink, water may go underneath and , unless empty and lighter, it s unpractical to dry the surface underneath. I guess it all depends where it is positioned.

Taste bad only 2 weeks of use
Got a jug and 3 filters on Nov 27, the design is nice but each of the filters developed a strong fishy smell and taste after only 2 weeks of use, I have no choice but to replace the filters far earlier than expected, and I’m now using the last one.
The filter is an issue, I don’t think it worths the money if its lifespans only 2 weeks.
I wrote a complaint letter to the company few days ago but I am still waiting for their response.

A Zerowater filters life is dependent on your tap water. Each filter removes 18,000 microns of contaminants from your tap water. Therefore, if your tap water reading is high –- over 300 parts per million or you filter a lot of water, then it will expire faster.

Quick delivery, great replacement jug for our old (legacy) jug. Just need to resell the unused filters from our old zero jug! Shame they don’t fit the new one.
