DO NOT buy the culligan dispenser if…
DO NOT buy the culligan dispenser if you already have Zero Water filters! They do not work with the Culligan dispensers.
I have purchased the new 7l dispenser as our old one broke. Although I have been assured that the Zero Water filters would fit the new dispenser, the ones we already had, did not fit.
Therefore, I either have to purchase new filters and dispose of the old ones (which are not cheap) or buy the old type dispenser.
Either option, is expensive and could have been avoided.
If I would have known the difference, I would have purchased the old type dispenser.

The newer 7L dispenser is designed to work only with the updated filter type, which regrettably is not compatible with older ZeroWater filters. We appreciate your comments, as it’s clear this compatibility difference was not explained clearly enough, and we will use your feedback to improve our product information.

Just want your money
Was happy with the filters and jug until they changed their filters and jugs & discontinued the old ones. So now I have no filters to go with my old jug. Had to cancel my subscription. Seems they just want your money and will keep updating so you have to keep buying.
Disappointed & will be going elsewhere to purchase a new filtration system due to this.

I have been a user & customer for…
I have been a user & customer for years. Me, my husband, my 2 big dogs & 3 cats ALL drink only water from our big Zero Water tank in the kitchen. All drinking water & cooking water. I even water all my houseplants with it. Beautiful tasting, clean, SAFE & fresh. We love it x

These filters have become unaffordable, they are good but we have changed to the tap type filter. Upto now the puure filter is doing its job.

Tasty for 1week them foul smell
The water filter was like very tasty for the 1st week then it developed a fish like smell when drinking so we stopped drinking from it.

They have left me with a defective…
They have left me with a defective product two days before Xmas and have failed to contact me after I have sent information and photos.
Distressed with the whole thing and I am out of pocket nearly £40 for something I cannot use.

Good but very expensive
The filter works well but it is a very expensive way of doing it. In our 2 person household with fairly hard water, the filter reaches it '6' limit within a week of use.
I shall be switching to an undersink filter soon, which I should have done in the first place!

THe seal on the filter did not come off…
THe seal on the filter did not come off cleanly and it was impossible to remove all of it. Being plastic I cannot use the filters safely.
