I had never heard of this company before but would now recommend highly to anyone- delivered fab shoes within 24 hours ! When the size was wrong I had friendly service on the phone and the replacement pair arrived within the next 24 hours. Good product good price and excellent service

free delivery, you can't get much better than that, ordered it one day, received an e-mail the next day and my flip flops 4 days later which if i had paid postage would not have been happy with but FREE DELIVERY so can't quibble if u r not in a hurry for your goods then go for it, though im sure they offer a faster payable delivery service

Wrong size shoe sent & cost over £3 to return

The shoes arrived very quickly and were just what I'd wanted. I had got 10% off with a promo code and knew that if I'd needed to return them, it'd be hassle free. Great service.

I ordered Havianas which were the wrong size unfortunatley, I sent an email enquiring what to do with these and how to get replacements.
I then decided to call as I assumed it would take days to reply via email. I spoke to a guy who was really helpfull, he went through the sizing as Havianas all vary slightly and it's hard to tell what size you need. We went and measured the length of the flip flop I wanted to confirm the size I needed.

Once I had this sorted I got an email from another person replying to my original email within 1-2 hours which was really fast.
I placed the order on the free shipping option for 5 days and it arrived in 2 working days! which is faster than the next day service I originaly used through amazon that took 3-4 working days. amazing service
