I was very disappointed. My order has never reached me. I ordered early May, was supposed to receive the delivery within 2 weeks. Wrote several emails, was told to be patient. Finally after another email from my in July, I was told there was some issue with the mail and that I will received a refund. It is now September 2nd and I still have not received a money back. It is not acceptable. I never experienced problems with ordering via internet, but this is a second case this year for me already.

I was skeptical to buy from this website as it looked dodgy. I ordered some sandals for my holiday and they never showed up so I rang up and they said 'oh sorry they were damaged so we didn't send them, did we forget to tell you?' Yes, yes you did forget. By this point It was too late to get any off another website and shoe store claimed the whole stock of these sandals were damaged. The woman I spoke to offered me a immediate refund so I said yes. It was not immediate at all.

I ordered shoes on Thursday, paid for next day delivery to arrive Friday.
Received a confirmation email without a tracking number so had to phone customer services to obtain it. I quoted an order number (i had two - one on an email and one on an invoice - was corrected (rather sarcastically i thought) that the second one was not an order number but an invoice number - on the document i had it definitely stated Order Number so document was incorrect! As a lady who has worked in Finance for over 30 years i KNOW the difference - believe me!
On speaking with customer services, i was advised that next day delivery was not booked so told i would receive on Saturday 2nd Class Royal Mail. This was inappropriate since the delivery address was a business address that would not be open on Saturday. Told they would then arrive Monday - good job i did not need them on Saturday night! I was refunded my £4.99 delivery charge on same day i phoned.

Have owned Fussie shoes and garments in the past and found them to be stylish and affordable.

I really impressed with the service I received. The shoes arrived in 24hrs plus i was updated on tracking info so knew when to expect them. The price and the communication were first class. What more do you want from a online store? Will be coming back again for sure!
