Wonderful experience. Jonathan was excellent in providing support. In the end purchased three pairs of comfortable walking shoes, to aid my problem feet.

I bought some Xsensible shoes and I am absolutely delighted with them. I'd bought them before but from somewhere else and absolutely worn them to death.

They're actually a bit tricky to find and I was so pleased I could buy them from an independent, local store. They called me to explain that the shoes would probably be a few weeks coming from the maker in the Netherlands however they arrived in a few days.

So I'm delighted to have some great shoes and feel like I've found a really lovely shoe store despite never having met them.

dElivery etc was very efficient, but unfortunately, the shoes are not a true fit for size 4 and a half as stated on the box I buy this style in that size regularly and they have always fitted. I think the marking inside the shoe is not clear and can be seen as saying size 4. Maybe this is where the confusion arose. Anyway, I can't get into them! So regrettably having to return them.

After scrolling for ages online to find a previous Asics model (with good heel support), I finally found them on ShoeFit. They were delivered bang on time and the customer service was awesome. I had a couple of questions and Jonathan was so helpful. He also proved himself to be a real shoe expert! I'm so happy to have found this shop and can't wait to order my next pair.

I thought your service was excellent & the man I spoke with on the phone to order was very helpful, but I wasn't impressed with the courier & lodged a complaint. My doorbell rang & I went to open the door which just took seconds to do & found my parcel outside the door, but no-one there. I live in a building which has 37 flats & other people coming in as well as visitors from outside. I wasn't impressed that my package was just dumped at my door as anyone could've whisked it away. I don't know everyone here & I expect no-one would lift stuff lying at the door, but who knows who would? Bad practice. But excellent service from your workers.

I can only wear Xsensible Stretchwalkers. I have terrible feet, large bunions, have Psoriatic Arthritis & wear a orthotic because of other foot problems. This brand of shoes are the only ones that suit me. They give me a good comfortable wear & I feel very supportive in wearing them. My order arrived quickly & can highly recommend Shoefit.

First class experience from ShoeFit who kept me informed by email and then a personal call from Precious Soles to let me know that they were coming from Holland and there could be a two week delay. They came earlier and again I was kept informed of delivery all the way. I only buy my shoes and my grandchildrens shoes from Precious Soles, nowhere else measures your feet and gives you the one to one informed care that they do and following my last visit I decided to get an additonal colour in the shoe I bought which wasnt in stock using Shoefit whom they recommended. First class experience all the way.

Ordered online and had a prompt call to advise me that chosen shoes will need to come from Netherlands and offered an alternative available immediately. I chose to wait for shoes and they were delivered very much as promised, well packaged. Good service would use again.

Bit of a mix up re delivery time of carrier but shoe response was very good.
