SHL.UK Recenzje

I have done this before and it was smooth , I did a test and got my results back and have been waiting for treatment for days now , I keep getting in contact and all there telling me is it’s delayed and my treatment is lost ??????
I’ve asked for a new one because it needs to be treated and they are telling me I have to call my gp and go through there , my gp is very rubbish and I am 17 years old , I did this bc it’s discrete and I can do it in my own , I go away inna few days and don’t have the time to go to a clinic or my gp , absolute disaster!!! useless wouldn’t do this again

The woman who took my call was incredibly understanding and helpful. She went above and beyond to contact me regards my blood test.

Great confidential service making it easy for everyone to look after their sexual health. Have used it for many years: the staff there are extremely helpful and the tests undertaken very quickly.

Was easy to order the kit! And I received quick

We are so so so very lucky to have such a service in London

Great service, and feel like I'm being looked after with care and thoughtfulness

What a brilliant service! Very straightforward and convenient to use it and the staff is lovely! Wish they had this service available across the whole country and not just selected councils, but that’s down to funding and not the company itself.

They are amazing. Fast, efficient and very simple procedures. You get your results safely and they are trustable.

Always professional, respectful and responsive.
Thank you - you provide an incredible service.

I have always had a friendly and efficient service

Quick and reliable service with excellent support from true professionals. I’m really glad this service is available and provided in London—thank you!

Helpful , respectful and polite

Fantastically easy, clear, discreet and efficient service. After using their quick (usually three- to four-day turnaround) postal testing service many times, I was asked today via SMS to call a consultant there for the first time re the results of my tests which are currently with their lab. The consultant answered my call promptly and was professional, friendly, clear and reassuring. Exemplary service in every aspect.

Excellent service. Recommended

I had my test on time and got result promptly.

I had a fantastic experience with SHL.UK. The system is completly integrated and the customer services is really effective and provided all the steps. I really appreciated to use it.

Amazing communication skills! Very quick response. Kind people. I love it

Wonderfully organised service. Easy to book a testing kit, you get live updates on where your kit is and what to do, and results are available in a very short time. They provide support with testing, treatment and follow-up. Amazing service!

Reliable, user friendly and efficient.
SHL is an amazing program that has helped many Londoners and, as I’ve noticed, freed a lot of space in clinics for F2F appointments when they are really needed.
I understand some samples are a little bit harder to collect than others. But like anything new it just takes a little patience. And SHL has really good tutorial videos to help you out!
Thank you, SHL!
