I would not know that i needed treatment if one of the nurse from this service did not came in the sauna

The test arrived very quickly at my home address. There was message and email sent to me to inform me, also videos explaining how to take the samples. Once I sent them back I got my results in 2 days. Quick, informative and efficient.

Quick, confidential and very helpful service

I was nervous about clicking the site and admitting that I need to get this sorted asap. Quick, easy, the questions are a yes and no made me feel uncomfortable but don't downplay the reason you are on the site in the first place be honest with yourself. Once submitted you are sent an email confirming the kit will be posted, you are kept up to date on when it will received. Mine took 2 days. I did the test on a Sunday late evening and popped it in the post for first collection on Monday. They send a reminder to tell you to do the tests, and post it back. You also get an email that they received your kit and will email you the results when done. I received my results on Thursday. You are also asked if you wish to have a health advisor contact you and they did, the person I spoke to was so kind and nice after receiving my results it's a relief to speak to someone in that field to talk to. I have received links to look at that would take me further into my situation. The tests are easy to do, less than a week and no looking for clinics and appointment times to slot into your already worried mind no waiting rooms to sit in and wait. If you're reading this on TrustPilot there is a reason why you're reading this. Request a kit, don't think and worry no more than you have to. I'm glad I found this site and got results received within a week. The online service was great, staff absolutely lovely the kit not confusing, labelled well and full clear instructions to follow. I must say I followed the instructions for giving blood and it worked.

The delivery of both kits and treatments are received very quickly. Instructions in both kits and treatments are very complete and easy to follow.

They do ask a lot of questions via sms, but understandable that is probably needed for record purposes

A very useful and convenient system! I’ve been using SHL for years, Home kits are sent out pretty quickly and results don’t take long to receive either. Staff are always friendly and take the time to explain everything.

The only area that I feel needs improvement is booking into clinics when treatment is needed. This process could be more streamlined and user friendly.
