Perfect, fast, easy to access, and reliable service whenever you need it.

Tracy from the customer service team was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me get my results. The lab team also did a fantastic job by ensuring my results were delivered on time, which really helped ease my stress. I truly appreciate their excellent service and support.

I was looked after, my emails were responded to efficiently thankyou!

I was very anxious and had a lot of questions. Neil replied promptly and when I phoned the service was very informative and helpful. He had a lot of empathy and gave me all the advice and info I needed to feel reassured. I can’t recommend this service enough. Neil is a star, I’m so grateful for your kindness today. Thank you!

Best service

Got a call from Neil as I had filled questionnaire incorrectly and he advised SHL would need to do another test and he would post another kit out , he was very friendly, profess and most of all reassuring . I was very impressed . Thanks a million

Compassionate staff, convenient testing for busy people and I love it when they tell me I don't have the clap!

Quick and easy to use. Option to pick up a kit from a clinic or to have it sent at home.

Fast delivery

I liked the ease of access, the text updates and also the post testing aftercare for a positive result of an STi. The professionalism of the staff regarding treatment particularly the personal messages from Sophia ensuring I sought treatment was both thorough in their work but also much appreciated by myself ... being able to test at home and post samples through the mail is much more convenient than having to go to a sexual health clinic....
