I recently purchased the Shiseido Advent Calendar and was really looking forward to discovering all the items inside. Unfortunately, one of the products — the Edo Perfume — arrived damaged, and the bottle was completely broken, spilling its contents throughout the box.
I contacted customer service hoping they could send a replacement for the damaged perfume, but I was told that wasn’t possible. Instead, I was only offered a 15% discount for a future order, which also doesn’t apply to items like Advent Calendars or sale products. I found this quite disappointing, especially given the premium nature of the brand.
Returning the whole calendar was inconvenient, so I decided to keep it, but it left me with a rather disappointing experience. I truly hope Shiseido considers offering better support or replacement options for damaged items in the future, as I’ve always appreciated the brand’s quality and attention to detail

My daughter loves this product so its on the christmas list every year. wish they had produced more large calendars though as I tried to grab one but too late so dissapointing. ...Waiting for the face masks to come in now . hooefully before Christmas. but beautiful products beautifully wrapped and fast delivery. never a dissapintment

What can i say🎈 i discovered shiseido in a magical way afew years ago and i have never looked back. Their perfume is now my signature scent.

Their website is very colour coordinated and the prices are worth it because you do get value for your money.

I have purchased the SPF summer range and yet to use but can definitely vouch for their perfume🎈

Although please note if you check out as a guest, they cant apply your points to your account, i tried, it was disappointing but i guess every company has their own technical limitations.
