They were super efficient. Chantay was a pleasure to deal with. Although the cost was more than I budgeted for the services made up for it. What I found amazing was that they only expected payment when the goods were safely delivered.

Shippler Express is your answer to shipping from South Africa to Taiwan
I recently had the pleasure of using Shippler to bring some products that I really missed from home (South Africa). Things I couldn’t find here in Taiwan and could no longer do without. Haha! I can't recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of exceptional.
First and foremost, their collection service from my Mother’s house in Alberton, Johannesburg, was incredibly convenient. The FedEx team arrived right on time and handled my items with care, clearly demonstrating their professionalism. I felt at ease knowing my products were in good hands.
What truly set Shippler apart was their commitment to communication. Chanté kept me updated on WhatsApp at every step of the shipping process, providing real-time tracking and prompt responses to any questions I had. Her level of transparency made me trust them completely, which is incredibly important when you're sending valuable items. As we know, there are many scams out there, and when I received a call from FedEx in Taiwan, I didn’t really trust them enough to send my passport copy so Chantè offered to do it on my behalf and be in contact with them.
Moreover, their shipping was efficient and timely. My products arrived at their destination without any issues, and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly everything was processed. I received the items in 10 days.
Lastly, I found their pricing to be very affordable, especially given the high level of service they provided. It’s refreshing to find a courier that prioritizes quality without breaking the bank.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience. If you’re looking for a reliable and efficient courier service that values communication and affordability, they are it. I will definitely be using them again in the future!
