The dryer ROCKS! It's compact and has good power to dry those thick undercoats. We are so impressed se we bought a second one and a third one is being ordered today!

I truly appreciate the superb level of customer service I received. I have a Typhoon blower/dryer and because the power cord was pulled severely it actually broke the white wire tab on the power board.
I did not want to send the unit back so Alfredo sent me a new board. I received it a few days later but the board was different.
When I called Alfredo he responded by sending me a picture of how the new board was wired. I followed along and now everything is working.
Alfredo actually offered a live video chat with a Shernbao technician if I got stuck.

Easy ordering and the product came quick. Simple and efficient. Absolutely love it!

We own a grooming salon in North Alabama. We have been using Shernbao products for a couple of years now. We have been very pleased with every aspect of doing business with Shernbao. We have several Shernbao dryers that we use daily in our busy grooming salon, four Shernbao electric tables, Shernbao brushes, combs and clippers/blades. Anytime I have had an issue, the guys at Shernbao have gone over and above to address the problem and make things right. We met them in person at the Las Vegas Superzoo Convention and they were so nice and helpful and now they remember me by name! I couldn’t ask for better products or customer Service! They have a USA based office in California. I highly recommend this company and their products.

I love these dryers! I own a small grooming shop and I’ve used a K9 II for years. I recently hired a new groomer and needed another dryer. I red the reviews and loved the fact that other said it was powerful and quiet. I bought the Hurricane and loved it so much I bought the Typhoon dual to replace my K9. Best decision ever.

The last dryer I bought was strong and low noise, but this new one I bought it very noisy and have this wheezing sound. Not good for the dog's ears and our ears

I love this dryer but I am a little disappointed that the air flow is not more powerful. Otherwise on small dogs it is fantastic.

I received an email that my table was on back order & would ship a month later. When the month was up and no table I called. My table was still on back order but I was offered a similar table at the same cost. It was delivered one week later and I am extremely happy with the table and their customer service.
