I bought a replacement round jet nozzle when the one that came with the item got cracked in few weeks. Not sure what was the reason for it to crack, non-the-less, I looked for it on the manufacturer website, but was surprised at how expensive to ship that little nozzle at a flat rate of $10, when the item itself cost $10. I wish I could give you a five star but that shipping you collected from me is not a match for the for the item.

I have been going back and forth with customer service about a blade that is broken. I just recently bought them and I don't why the teeth are missing. They have been replying but I have not heard back yet about a replacement.

What a great dryer for the money quiet and powerful making bath time a lot easier for me since we have two dogs.

No info online or in the receipt on how to process a return or exchange. When I called in they informed me I had to pay shipping on the return as well as the new replacement item. This would be a total of almost $30 in shipping for one small $20 product. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, they told me someone could call me back, and days later I have heard from no one. A bit disappointing, and definitely not a hassle free customer service experience.

I placed an order for a competition grooming table. When it arrived I opened the box immediately only to find the table was not assembled properly and could not be fixed. I called and spoke with somebody on a Friday, who told me I could have a return label mailed to me., and that someone would reach out to me the coming Monday. It’s now been a full week and I’ve gotten no response. I’ve sent emails and have called and left voicemails and have gotten no return call or email. Very very very dissatisfied. This is my first purchase with this company and I will not be a repeat customer because of this. I just want my money back. Very happy to send the table if I ever get a return label.
