On line matters were easy to use even to a technophobe like myself

Gregor from the Inverness office came out within a couple of weeks to our island location. He was friendly, helpful, and undertook the survey with minimal intrusion and disruption. The only thing I would flag is that the portal indicates you will have the survey back in 2 working days. Ours took 6, which is fine, but bear this in mind if advising prospective purchasers when the report will be available.

This company was recommended by my Estate Agent and I’m so glad they were. Family members have had less than great experiences from other local firms but that’s not the case here. This is now the 2nd time I’ve used them for Home Reports and everyone I’ve dealt with from the office staff to the Surveyor have been friendly, professional and efficient. I can’t praise them highly enough.

Survpoint portal repeatedly down. Surveyor carelessly bashed my washing machine on way through kitchen and then rested his heavy metal ladders on the corner of a plastered wall. On the plus side scheduling of survey and production of survey was prompt and I was happy with the written content of the home report pack.

We recognise that the survey is required for sale of any property. The Survpoint questionnaire was very detailed and requires the seller to do a lot of the major fact finding for the survey. Once submitted this was turned into the required report.
The draft report was sent to us for approval but had a couple of inaccuracies which were corrected. There was then a delay in making the adjustments and creating the final report. The Estate Agent had to follow this up on our behalf.
As the Survey was commissioned by us, albeit through the Estate Agent, and paid independently, we expected a final paper copy of the report to be sent to us. To date this has not been received.

Good service, reliable, reasonable price for Home report, I have used Shepherds before and they gave me a good service then, hence why I have used them again.

It was easy to make the appointment and it happened quickly. The surveyor was very pleasant and respectful. He was clearly experienced and asked us questions about the property too
