The content is really perfect and trainer is explaining it very well. Easy to understand

I feel the site is very user friendly & simple to navigate. The tools are basic, but also, efficient, making everything clear.

I don't even remember signing up for this company. Just got an emailed invoice today of them withdrawing money from my account. $69.99, And it is impossible to UNSUBSCRIBE!! I Want ALL Of My Money Back!!! There isn't even a tangible phone #!!! WHO ARE YOU PEOPLE!!?! AND WHY ARE YOU WITHDRAWING MONEY FROM ME, AND I'M NOT EVEN ENROLLED IN ANY COURSES!!?! Being ABLE to speak with a Reasonable Human Being Would Be GREAT!! So I can UNSUBSCRIBE!! SMH!!! I HAD TO GIVE A RATING OF "1" ON THIS, JUST TO LEAVE A MESSAGE!!! AND I AM NOT EVEN ENROLLED!! SMH!!! Robotic Answers!! I'M NOW CONTACTING "THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU"!!! BECAUSE THIS IS WRONG!!

Courses are OK, but nothing earth shattering. Content is light as new courses seem to be few and far between. Please, more content and more varied courses would go a long way.

Initially, It was a good experience, but after they convinced me to buy a “life membership” it went from bad to worse. All the course materials that were available and included initially by default now are charged extra. Lectures used to be live but now they are prerecorded. But the main issue is that people they convinced into buying a “life membership“ now get some sort of overview of the course instead of a real course, and we have to pay for course materials again despite their promises that “life membership” means all materials are included. Scam is the right word to describe this.

Shaw Academy has been a great companion in my learning journey for a fortyish like me. Lessons are updated and relevant. Thank you Shaw Academy!

So, like with many people, they took money that they shouldn't have taken from my account for about five months and I never got that money back and didn't authorise it, however... I had some personal upset to deal with at the time (end of 2020), I started the course and wasn't in the best headspace, therefore it was left, and money was taken from me, and eventually they just stopped taking...
I'm now ready to return to the courses, start and complete them. But I couldn't get into my account because I couldn't remember what email I had signed up with. I contacted and asked for help, and with some information shared with them they were able to tell me the email I registered with, one which I had created for that purpose, and then I discovered that the email account itself had been deactivated by my provider because of over six months of inactivity -- ridiculous, I know! I thought I'd create a new email account with same address, same handle, but it was already assigned to someone i.e. wasn't recycled yet, so that wasn't possible. I contacted Shaw Academy again and asked if there was any other way that they could help, and, with a screenshot of an old receipt and proof of my registered number, they were able to get me back into my account by changing my registered email address to the one I was contacting from. Credit where it's due - for this, very grateful. No overcomplications, no red tape BS, no nanny state shenanigans, no latex gloves treatment, just straight troubleshootin' help! Thank you! Great lesson, just wish there was more interaction between the professor and student. Sometimes, it feels a little bit one-sided because I can't get the help I need at the time I need it. For example, I have been stuck for two weeks trying to learn JavaScript...trying to understand what I am doing wrong??? The Help desk has been helpful, but I'm still struck...I WILL COMPLETE THIS DEGREE!!!! HAPPY TO BE HERE

It was a great experience but i want classes each weekly 5 days

I enjoyed the presentation and really gave me so much information I never knew before. this really made me look at starting a business in a whole new light.

I some times get really sick so I can't keep up with the assignments at other schools. Here, I can take my time to understand the lessons, and reschedule classes. The free try again on the quiz and exams are great as well!

I would highly recommend Shaw Academy to my friends, family and co-workers!

I am continuing module 2 till now it is bulid good knowledge I want share my overall experience after completed my course.
