Ordering by sight is very unreliable as many parts look identical or similar. We are also available by phone or email to answer your compatibility questions before you place your order. Because you did not match your model number as necessary and ordered the wrong part, it is your responsibility to return the item.
I ordered two replacement comb guards…
I ordered two replacement comb guards for an electric hair clipper. It was unclear whether the parts would fit my model or not. One did and one didn’t, and so they canceled my entire order. The tone of their reply felt like a reprimand, that I should’ve read their information more carefully. It felt like they didn’t even want to be in business.

We are sorry that you misunderstood our response to you. You requested that we cancel one of the two items you ordered. Because we can not cancel just one, we cancelled the entire order and asked you to reorder making sure to match your model number to the list of models provided on the item page. There was no tone and no reprimand. Just informing you as to what was done and advice on how to reorder so that you get the parts you need.
was billed for a product i never ordered, never even heard of this company
here's the deal. on oct.30 i received an e-mail telling me my credit card was charged $5.43. a couple minutes later i got an e-mail saying it was declined. a few hours later they tried billing me again, again declined. my credit card co. contacted me to verify the charge, now i have to wait for a new card. don't know how these yaa-hoos got my number, but i would highly recommend you don't buy ANYTHING from them

If you have not been in contact with your bank, please contact them immediately as your card has been compromised. They can explain to you in more detail.
Shaver Outlet, does not have your card information. What has happened is a credit card thief has gotten your card information and attempted to place an order on our site. Your bank approved it and that is why you see a 'pending' transaction on your on-line account. However, our credit card processor declined the transaction due to the suspected fraud. You will never be charged. The 'pending' transaction that you initially saw, will simply disappear within a few days.

bought parts for my shaver, parts are ok but, paid for 2 and only received 1.
tried to contact them...no reply, no nothing, lost my money!!!
i got the feeling that, at the other end, wen they receive replys they go, HA-HA-HA...
ho woaw, instead of trying to help me , you reply saying that i am to dumb to write the correct email adress...maybe the dumb one is the one that ship my parts and cannot count up to the number 2...
if you dont like bad reviews, dont answer like this and start working on your employes...

We have used that phone and email for nearly 25 years. We reply to emails 7 days a week and answer the phone M-F from 10am-5pm EST. There is also an option to leave a voice mail if you call outside of business hours. We are happy to help but you must dial the number exactly as it is written or email us exactly as written if you wish to successfully communicate with us. Without your order information, we can not identify you to reach out to you from here.

I needed a replacement charger for a shaver. The aftermarket versions sold on Amazon claimed to be compatible, but many reviews confirmed that they in fact were not.
But Brian at Shaver Outlet knew exactly what he was talking about and promptly shipped me the correct charger. A first-class professional.

May a purchase did not like, said it was used, was returned back. I did not see on their site no returns. Will not recommend or purchased anything from this company. They don't stand by their products for customer satisfaction.

We are sorry that you were unable to adhere to the posted returns policy. However, it does state that used shaver heads are not returnable. This is due the hygienic concerns. The written return authorization you were sent also stated that the item may be returned only if unused.

This was a great service!!! I had an 18 year old Braun that the motor and batteries died. Didn't think repair was even an option until my wife found Shaver outlet. I was on the fence about repair vs new shave. I called and talked to Brian and he walked me thru troubleshooting the problems. He diagnosed the issue and told me he could fix it. We also discussed a new shaver that he recommended that was like my original. I decided on fixing so I sent to him the shaver on Friday March 8th and I have it back today March 13 and it works perfect!! Thank you Brian for all your help and knowledge. I will certainly return for any shaving needs that I have. So glad to have my Braun fixed like new..

Did not work. No refund. Horrible customer service.
I debated buying a new Series 9 or reviving my Braun. My old shaver works fine when plugged in, but the batteries no longer charge. I decided to invest $60 to refurbish my shaver with a new circuit board and batteries. I watched the installation video on this very page, the only instructions I was provided and carefully followed each step. No dice. Does not work. At all. When I replaced my old circuit board, it works fine plugged in. When I examined the new circuit board, I noticed significant burns on the front and back.
I called shaveroutlet to report the problem and they blamed me for not removing a tiny blue adhesive from the circuit board that resulted in the short circuiting of the unit. They offered no further support and refused any refund, despite that nowhere in their instructions did they make any mention of the blue adhesive.
So I'm out of luck and out of $60. Do not buy. Do not trust. Horrible customer service.

As with all electronic repairs, a significant level of knowledge is needed to perform circuit board replacement. This knowledge includes removing protective coatings placed over contact points in the factory and more. Please know your level of ability before attempting repair that you are not familiar with. Additionally, we are available to answer your questions before attempting your repair before you damage a product. Unfortunately, items damaged by the user are not returnable

Shipper picked USPS as shipping method. I paid for shipping. Package was delivered to wrong address. USPS claims package was delivered, but to where? ShaverOutlet refused claim.
