Had my Remington beard trimmer for over 10 years, so was not surprised when the plastic adjustable trimmer guide cracked and broke a tooth. Shipping only took five days and they used a small box to protect them during shipping instead of those plastic bags some companies use. The trimmer guides fit perfectly on my trimmer. Well first of all I like that I'm able to buy more than just two which is what the Wahl website only allows and their website is not as user-friendly as yours. Your site, especially for the phone, was super easy. I was able to find the product quickly, put in all my information, and order. It was all 1 2 3 maybe took 2 minutes. Everything got here within a matter of days so it was pretty quick. I really didn't think about it when it just got here. And it's all the original Wahl products, it's not like it's something different.

The blade set fit perfectly. Haven’t had any issues with the blade becoming dull. I cut my hair once a week and the set has been holding up great. Definitely will buy again.

I am a fan of Braun shavers. I purchased one of the Series 7 rechargeable shavers awhile back, and it seemed to me that the battery lost significant charge within about a year. Since I liked the model, I ended up purchasing a new one. It also lost power after awhile. I decided I had spent enough money buying razors, so I thought I would get it repaired. After checking out repair options, I chose Shaver Outlet Inc. I packaged the oldest razor and sent it to them. They repaired it quickly and correctly. It lasted maybe four times as long compared to before the repair. I then sent the second one back for repair and had the same experience. For a fraction of the cost of a new razor, I have two like new shavers. Shaver Outlet was easy to deal with, prompt, and did an excellent job on both repairs. I recommend them highly.

I received the product that I ordered in a timely manner from the Shaver Outlet and have purchased several various Razor products from them in the past, always great service. After working on changing out the blades which I had some difficulty with at first, was able to change them, and are working out well for me.
