Customer service was excellent
I had to contact customer service because of non-delivery due to the town being too small for home delivery. They were very helpful/professional and solved the problem in a relatively timely manner. My daughter-in-law absolutely loved the 2 Harris Tweed items I sent her. I will be a repeat customer. Cheers!

I received a wrong item
I purchased three items. Two were the correct one and the third was completely wrong. I returned two as one was completely wrong item and then other was not to my liking.
I lost say though, once I return the items, I was refunded instantly. So, they did care of the problem as best as they could have.

Send the product as advertised, not something similar with different fabric. Damn, I thought I was ordering a "knitted" sweater and got a screen printed sweatshirt. Disgusting.

I love the Irish products
I love the Irish products, but was disappointed with the tea towels. The patterns I selected for the tea towels covered the whole tea towel, instead of being centers on one side so when the towel is folded it displays the pattern/

A beautiful gift sweater
A beautiful gift sweater was well received but it was a size too small. It was too much of a hasstle for the recepient to return in an easy way. So it was disappointing from that perspective. So to sum it up, returns not user friendly.
