Broken stone
I have ordered from Shamrock Gift a few time and most of the items are great. The problems I had were with the Connemara stones. My first order had a stone which was supposed to have a hole in it, according to the description, so you could wear it, it did not. Shamrock Gift did change the description after I notified them of this. I recently ordered a Connemara wishing stone and it was chipped and rough on the top. Shamrock Gift needs to look at the item they are packaging instead of just taking it off the shelf and putting it in the pile. It is not worth the cost of shipping to send it back as I would only get about $5-$6 back after deducting the cost of shipping I would have to pay. I was satisfied with the other items I received and rated them 5 stars on their website. It is just disappointing they cannot take the time and look at the items before shipping them.

We're also sorry to hear that your recent wishing stone arrived chipped and rough, that's not the standard we hold ourselves to and we understand your frustration, especially given that return shipping costs make it impractical to send back a low-cost item.
