My only suggestion is to provide a nice gift box for purchases over a certain amount. My gift was over $60.00 . include story of your company or at least a name on the box. A way to have recipient know where it came from and contact info could result in more purchases.

It was a beautiful mug, choosen with care. Recieved well packaged, yet the cup had a hairline fracture not apparent until filled with hot coffee. This was a sad first purchase from this company.

The item ordered was delivered in perfect condition. However, I paid for expedited shipping and it was not delivered in the expedited timeline. It was a late and almost arrived too late for the occasion needed.
