We’re really sorry your order wasn’t delivered when expected. As per our original e-mails, the DPD next day service wasn’t available in your location and this was then changed to a Royal Mail service.
Due to COVID-19 we are seeing delays with Royal Mail which we are sure you appreciate is beyond our control.
Your order was placed on the 3rd June, you responded to us regarding the shipping issue after 3pm on the 4th June and so it was then despatched by us on the 5th June.

Great customer service
Great customer service, answered my questions back within just a few minutes. Delivery took about 2 days and the items were dispatched immediately. Products are working as advertised so far without any issues, overall a great service and no complaints for now.

There is no way any used products can end up in our supply chain, products are sourced from the manufacturer or approved distributor only and all product returns that are un-sealed are not processed and disposed of responsibly. Thanks for your review. As explained in our communication, the UK is currently going through the COVID-19 pandemic. We are shipping orders as quickly as possibly whilst operating our distribution facilities responsibility and working with 3rd party partners to ensure all government legislation is followed and staff are cared for. Upon investigating, your order was shipped a day late from our warehouse, (please note, Sunday is not a working day for us), Royal Mail are delivering your product today (Friday), which is one day late when compared to the advertised lead time. I do apologise for the extended lead time you have experienced on this order. This is not our usual service and I would encourage you to give us a second opportunity to impress you when we have passed through the COVID-19 crisis. Satisfactory Customer service
I was not entirely happy with 2 items I bought from Sexsuperstore as they were not suitable for me.
The products were returned and in due course refunded to my satisfaction. The process took a while to conclude but the customer service was polite and effective.
