However, they did respond the same day to my concern, with an apology and advised me to refuse delivery.
Payment was refunded in full.

Lousey outfit to deal with
On receiving an email from this company after my purchase I asked them to cease sending me emails as my grandchildren have access to my computer, and now you send me another one. I will not be using this store again and the use of their name promptly displayed is a no-go. It is a good way to lose customers though,as I would never consider buying at this store again. I really cannot se a great futhur for this outfit with this behavbour. No more emails please
