I've been shopping with Seventh for years and I honestly can't recommend them enough.
My first purchase was back in 2022, and | still wear the jacket today - the quality has held up incredibly well and it genuinely looks and feels as good as it did when I first bought it. That alone says everything about the standard they deliver.
More recently I picked up the Denim set (along with a few other pieces) and it's exactly why I keep coming back: premium materials, unique design, and that elevated fit that's hard to find elsewhere.
What really makes Seventh stand out though is the customer service. They consistently go the extra mile, especially when it comes to helping you get the right size - it feels personal, reliable, and genuinely supportive.
An amazing brand, built to last, and one I trust every time. Huge fan.

Amazing brand with really great pieces. Although they have a minimalist feel the silhouettes and quality on offer is great, which is a hard combination to find.

Bear with them during the busy sale periods as they are a small/upcoming company but they’ll always get around to your emails (give them a little nudge worst case)

Had some great customer service recently with an order I made for a product which then subsequently went out of stock. They were really apologetic and offered me a couple options in terms of a refund or even exchanging for a product with a higher value at no extra cost.

After ordering a pair of the v2 stacks in night as a Christmas gift during the Black Friday sale and receiving the initial email from the team in December that there were delays in shipping then followed by another update with a further delay the gift did not arrive before Christmas. I was not at my address for the updated delivery period and twice delivery was missed by Royal Mail as a result. Due to not being able to easily travel to the delivery office because no re-delivery was possible the parcel was stuck in limbo waiting. Customer service were terrible, gave me one reply to numerous emails (five at least) I sent to try resolve the problem they had caused me. Offered a replacement to be sent out but no further details. Considered this at first as I genuinely could not make it to the depot for the foreseeable future due to work schedule and job commitments however after eventually wanting to go down the path of a refund also got no response. Parcel was at office so long eventually got returned to the sender and now have no idea what is going on, no contact or refund. Had purchased a couple pieces previously I was very happy with and wanted to trust they would rectify the hassle and upset this caused but it’s reached this stage where I have no choice but to voice how bad their customer service really is in order to try get a response. Order number is 29290.

They finally responded to my comment on Trustpilot. I think that's a shame. The problem has been resolved and I received my order. They were responsive. That's why I'm giving them 3 stars.

Customer service is really difficult to reach, or I would even say non-existent.

I bought the 440 bermuda indigo jeans in size M. Good quality, no complaints there. But the size was slightly small.

I contacted customer service on December 11, 2025 to request an exchange for size L.

On December 12, customer service replied saying they could reserve a size L for me. So far, so good.
My return was received on December 29 by Alex Thomson. ( I have the proof of delivery).

Since then, I haven't heard anything, even after several follow-ups. I've never seen customer service so difficult to reach. It's now January 25, and still no news. Choose your size carefully before buying because customer service is really bad.

My issue was dealt with very smoothly, very polite and professional.

First time placing an order with these guys and I am very impressed with the communication.

This is the most unprofessional company I've ever experienced. My jacket was still not delivered after one month. No updates, no communication. I didn't receive my jacket yet, but in the meantime it was reduced in price. I still had to pay full price. They had logistical problems (as stated on their socials) but decided to leave for two weeks during the holidays. I however, received my money back (because I payed with Klarna). But my thoughts and prayers are with those who lost their money and didn't get anything.

SCAM! Stay away. Took my money, no product, no communication to fix things

Absolute scam and disaster. Have not receives my product after 6 weeks. No money back and no one answering messages.

On 02/12/25 I did the mistake to order a trousers from Seventh , I received the item a week after and the size was far too large and the material not as expected to be.
I’ve sent to customer service an email and I’ve been advised to sent the item back on my on expenses so they can refund me the amount.
I send the item back (10/12/25) paying for a track service £9 with Royal Mail.
Since then my return has been accepted (12/12/25) I NEVER RECEIVED ANY REFUND and THEY NEVER EVER REPLIED ON MY EMAILS REGARDING THE ISSUE, I have sent the customer service team more than 12 emails so far but still no reply and no refund , avoid this company at any cost, SCAMS, have no choice but to request a chargeback from my bank now.

The product quality speaks for itself, I finally made the purchase with the black friday deal, and I love them so much!! I love the silhouette and the quality of the products a lot (I bought the V2 zip hoodie and stacks), and it's exactly how you see it on their social media.

Previously, I had some issues with return/refund but the customer service was super helpful and patient, special thanks to Reuben! I'm not sure why there are other reviews saying customer service is bad because I only had good experiences with their team. They were always responsive and attentive.

Their sizing chart/measurement guide for height & weight on their website is also extremely helpful, you don't see that often in other brands. 10/10 experience, I can't wait to try other items from them. Also shipping was super quick!

One of my favourite brands with a creative edge. Customer service is also top tier and they are very helpful even during really busy periods.

Really great quality clothes and great people working. Spoke to Rueben when I wanted to return something that was too big and the help he gave me was top quality. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Website is easy to browse, and when I need help for sizing, I usually DM them on insta and they reply quite fast and are very helpful.

I think what seventh is doing very well as a brand is building a community around it, a genuine one for sure, and besides their amazing silhouettes, I feel like building a community is such an important part of seventh, and I feel like im part of it as well hahah
