Routine annual boiler service. Easy booking process. Regular updates on allocated time slot, and very useful app to follow progress of service vehicle. I have known my engineer for over 10 years now, and he is very familiar with my Worcester Bosch appliance. He worked cleanly, quickly and efficiently. Very satisfied.

From the start your company was very helpful and polite you gave me an accurate estimate of the cost of the job.you kept me updated on what you were doing ( I.e. waiting for the parts that you needed to do the job) you asked me when it would be convenient for me to do the job not telling me when you would do it. You told me that your engineer was running late on my allotted time, that was helpful to know.

Quick responses, I was kept well informed of visits and timings. David, the engineer, was most knowledgeable and polite. He communicated very well what the problem was and why it happened, and what solution was required. And he fixed the problem with my boiler, definitely 5 stars for Kevin & David!

Changing our shower was not an easy task and Jader did a great job, all in 1 day, fixing even some issues (noise when using hot water) that we did not think we could sort! Great job!

Shower replacement
The booking of the job was well managed. Due to engineering availability it was booked for a Saturday with a 3 hour arrival slot which I understand is standard. Unfortunately the engineer was an hour late, and I was not informed of the delay until I chased it. As it was the weekend I wasn't able to speak to someone and had to go back and forth on dm's. The engineer tracker was also not updating. However, once the engineer arrived the job was carried out to a high standard with no issues. I am very pleased with the work carried out
