After renting from many of the other server hosting companies for many years, one of which I have been using for nearly 20 years, I can honestly say that ServerBlend is by far the best service I have ever had.
They offer choices out of the box that I've never had before, SSD or NvMe, choice of RAM amounts so I can tailor my needs to exactly what my budget will allow, and their control panel gives all the options and controls you could possibly need.

My experience with ServerBlend has been great!
I have had my Conan Exiles server with them for almost a week now with no server downtime or any lag Not to mention the tech support agents are top-notch and help with even the smallest of issues including even just a question about your admin panel within olympic record timing !! Recommend 10/10

Great experience in every way. The server was stable and our group had solid connect speeds. We used it for Valheim and 7 Days to Die with no problems. The support was amazingly responsive replying to any changes or concerns we had. If I’m looking to host again - I’ll be back!

I have admin several servers over the last few years and of course that has come with using several different hosting providers in an attempt to find the perfect balance of server quality and customer support.
I have in the past ran Minecraft, Wurm Unlimited and ARK servers. ARK being the most pita in my list.
ServerBlend has been top notch when it comes to Customer Support and Server stability. The team at SB is always very quick and responsive, going above and beyond to fix even my own stupid mistakes.
Providers I've used in the past I could wait 24hrs or more to get a reply on support requests, with SB the longest I've waited was maybe 20 minutes tops during what I suspect are peak hours.

Our personal servers are located in Canada, and we've gotten compliments on the ping responsiveness from users in EU, West Coast US as well as all the way from Africa and Asia.

The SB team is also open and willing to listen to customer feedback. I requested a new panel feature when ARK's Steam systems weren't functioning properly and they went above and beyond to make a feature available to make server management easier for me.

I cannot recommend this host enough!

I run 3 servers with ServerBlend I started my first server using you guys around 2 months ago (before that I'd used other, trashy companies who don't support customers), a few misunderstandings (mainly me sucking at how to ask questions) and I have 3 perfectly running servers TRULY amazed by the service. blown away in fact, between the Customer Service from Matthew, Nell, Lucas, Suzette, and Ryan (I'm sure I may have missed 1 or 2 agents that I've dealt with) TRULY you can tell THIS TEAM were gamers before server hosts. My Community thanks you, and is pleasantly surprised by the quality of the servers, and the fact that all 3 run so well. We (as a community) have had some VERY bad experiences in the past with Server hosts, so coming to ServerBlend we were a bit skeptical, but also feel it has been the best decision we have made as far as a host. Thank you ServerBlend!

ServerBlend has quality fast servers for gaming. Their online tech support is both responsive and fast in their assistance with issues, shoutout to RalphR and SuzzetteG for their prompt responses and aid. You help keep the servers online all the time!

I have been using ServerBlend to host an Arma 3 server for over a year now. I've had hardly any issues in that time, but whenever I have submitted a ticket they responded quickly were extremely courteous and helpful. They have gone way above and beyond my expectations and their customer service is top notch.

as of writing this review - I am a VERY happy customer and THOROUGLY I'm impressed by the quality of service since switching away from GTXGaming to ServerBlend to host my Space Engineers server - best decision I've ever made :)

We have had our Ark server hosted at serverblend for almost a year. Before that, we used several other (cheaper) providers and had so many issues. With serverblend, its been so smooth in comparison. There's been two minor issues in that year, and both times the customer service replied instantly, fixed the problem super fast and even added gametime for the inconvenience once. We pay a little more for serverblend than we did with other providers, but its more than worth it!

I have tried numerous server hosting sites over the years. Some way cheaper, some in between, but ServerBlend has been the most recent one I decided to give a try. It has also been the most pricier compared to the past ones. But even with that it was well worth it. With other past server hosting companies I used we had issues with the server itself, server crashing or saying it was running yet we could not connect. Or only I, the one paying, could connect and none of my friends could. Even one month we only got to play maybe half a months worth cause every other day we couldnt get in to our server though it was up and running. If we could get in it was maybe for an hour and then it would be down again.

With ServerBlend those issues were 100% non existent for the 3 months we used them. We did have an issue one day but it happened to be an issue with one of the mods we had. Mod had an update and no matter how much I tried to inform said modder that it was their issue, they refused and continued to point fingers back at the hosting company I was using. Im not super tech server savvy but I know enough to fix said problems if a mod doesnt update or install properly. After doing all I could i got in contact with ServerBlend tech support and they were ready and determined to get it working. They even did a backup to a further point prior to the issue but even then it did not fix it. Tech support pulled one more string and got it to finally work but even they informed me the issue was with mod and it may return. Funny to see later that day that the mod was updated again and I was not the only one having same exact issue with said mod even though players were using different hosting service. The tech team ServerBlend has are super fast at getting back to you at all hours of the day and they are exceptional. We never had issues with our server itself, game ran smooth and never lagged or crashed.

So if you want a guarantee connection, easy install set up for mods through steam, and guaranteed tech support that will make sure you are running smooth I highly recommend ServerBlend. Yes it costs more than most but in all honesty I feel it was well worth it for the time we used it till my friends decided to move on to other things.

Upgraded my ARMA 3 server from Standard to Premium. Answered all questions I had about the migration process and hardware swiftly. Liaised with multiple staff members who were all a pleasure to chat with. Also checked with me before doing the server migration so that my community would have minimal impact. Server migration itself was quick and without any issues. Seamless transfer.

Would recommend this server host for excellent customer service and server reliability.

Hello to all, I want to start by saying thank you to the ServerBlend team and staff. I had bought a space engineers dedicated server about a week ago, and they have been so helpful day after day. At first I thought I was being such a bother, but the truth is I had many technical issues while setting up the server. This was mainly to my lack of experience and understanding of dedicated servers. Yet, no matter how many questions I might of had they were always very professional and informative. I had close friends and family telling me how good their service was and how little time they took to respond and fix the problem. I have to admit, I never thought my money was so well invested in someone else's trust to fix my problems. We all know what a good and bad service feels like and ServerBlend makes the bad nonexistent by going beyond the outstanding services. Thank you guys truly -

I bought an ARMA 3 server about a month ago, I had some mod issues earlier today, but my ticket was resolved within 1 hour. Exceptional support, and great servers!

Overall serverblend is the best. I'm very satisfied. I had no problem with them yet. server setups are fast, easy, and prices wise the cheapest compare to others. if you're new to renting a game server I recommend going through the guides they have on their website about how to set up the specific game server and how to customize it. if that didn't help open a ticket, they have the best customer service I have ever seen.
they are fast in respawning ticket usually under 10 minutes and they will help you till the problem gets solved.

So far happy with their service. Their respond for tickets is quiet quick most of time. Had a few problems i was advised what to do and it worked. Would be good the public pay process to be more easy somehow connected with paypal. Also for current customers would be good idea for some second servers discount as i am considering to start second and later on maybe third server. Public pay would make my life easy as some players donated trough my paypal over 2 months worth of rent. Overall happy for now.

I have had and have rented servers for over 15 years. Just to put into perspective I'm not a first timer by any means.
Past few years I left the PC gaming world to consoles. Well I am back and I just got a Rust server with ServerBlend. I've had three Counter Strike servers at a time in the past and I remember all the work and stress of trying to figure it all out.
ServerBlend had me up in mins and worked with me prior to find a good server location as our community is spread across the united states from coast to coast.
The first Location did not play out and in one day they had us up in another state with perfect results. They have assisted with everything within mins! Mods and plugins and I have sent probably 30 plus emails at this point, maybe more. I have never had this level of customer service with anyone even outside the gaming industry!
You can't ask for better service I am just blown away!

I would highly recommend SeverBlend to host your sever of any kind. I used them to set up my own Rust server.

The set-up process was instant , server were live under 5 minutes and all the panels needed to run the server were ready to go. Now that might make you say, 'well most servers do that' , but actually many say they do but not all of them deliver on it ( first hand experience). I didn't have that problem with SeverBlend, what they advertised, is what you most certainly get.

However, as I am new and a beginner , first time setting up, it took me some time to get my head around how things work. But if you have done this before, the way ServerBlend let you install mods and configurate your server is extremely easy.

They are also super fast with support and when they say 24/7 they mean it. Very helpful in explaining and guiding you with anything you need help with.

My recommendation are : Even though there are some articles that they offer. I would have benefited off a more in-depth / clear beginners guide for the use of all the functions they offer and how they are used.

Other than that I can't fault them.
