Always have a very good experience with Server Blend customer service and assistance. When I need a server I keep coming back to them.

Me and them had a issue at first i gave them a 2 star. they reached out to me and were the most honest ppl i have seen in a while and fixed my issues. their hardware is top notch.

Got a server for Rust and it's been a great experience. No issues. Excellent customer support.

I got a private rust server so I could learn the game an not have to worry about pvp. The process of setting up the server was super easy even I could follow with no previous experience. Unfortunately I was unable to keep my server due to connectivity issues. I reached out to customer support an recieved a response within minutes. When my network issues get resolved I plan on getting another server. Amazing company 10/10.

Not only do they have great servers but their customer support is top notch. You'll have a friendly response to your ticket in minutes!

This people are the best! Thats why i did my research in 2020 where i could rent a server, with a nice price and nice gameplay. And the support i dont have words to explain how good they are! I can tell you, they are like a big brother, always there when you have a problem. In 2021 i closed my server and now a few weeks ago i went back to them! And again happy as always. I can only recommend this guys! Thank you!

Best host to date! Unfortunately playing a game they don't host at the moment. They will always be first choice when it comes to servers!

Excellent customer service. I've used their services for approximately 4 years and I do not have anything negative to say about their team. If I send a support ticket in asking for help they always reply prompt and courteous no matter the hour! I appreciate everything they do for us gamers.

Their support team is amazing. I have been a satisfied customer for many months now. I ran into multiple issues regarding my ARK servers. Some were my fault, some weren't, but they always replied rapidly fast (within 2 minutes last time!) and took care of every issue :) Maybe the control panel isn't as fancy as others, but the service you get is worth it!

i had a bad review prior but there manager got ahold of me and has been working with me to get things on track and have me satisfied with my server so i will change my review from 1 start to 4 for that reason

honestly the best and fastest service i've ever experienced in my life.
i failed to setup my server proberly and they fixed it for me withing minutes.
i didnt notice i had i subscription on, and they refunded me immediately when i asked

This was my first time ever acquiring a dedicated server to run any game, although I have a decent amount of computer and coding knowledge, there was a lot I was uncertain of in this process. Finding this service via threads for good 7 days to die dedicated servers, I gave it a shot and got one. Ran into some problems due to my lack of knowledge and requested help via support. When they say 24/7, they mean it, within minutes of me messaging (mind you this was around 5am PST) a support member messaged with all the info needed and continue to help while being patient and professional. I was honestly surprised at how good this was being that I only have the basic plan as well. I can't talk to much on the server and stability of the game as we haven't started to fully use it yet, but the UI for the server control panel, the help and support and database has been top notch.

I have been using ServerBlend as a server host for my Arma 3 Unit for over 2 years now and everytime I need support they get back to me within in about 15-30 minutes. Their support is top notch quality and there is nothing I can fault them on, all the issues that occured where because of my own stupidity or Arma just being Arma ;p. 100% Recommend!!

ServerBlend is great at what they do. i highly reccomend them. They anwser any and all questions even if thier stupid questions lol, the customer service of this site sold me !

Honestly, if they can help an inexperienced person like me set up servers, they deserve this 5-star rating. They're the best

I have been hosting my Ark Cluster with Serverblend since April. They have been amazing. Fantastic customer service. The server performance is the best I have had and I have been hosting Ark servers pretty much since ark was new and with several companies.

The customer support is unlike any other serverhost i have tried. Super fast answers.

Example:
I sent in a ticket asking to move my server over to another game. Within 20 minutes everything was handled and the server started.

If you want a good server, kind people, awesome service, attentive staff, compassionate staff, good ping, great server access, FTP access, Cluster Support, Price Matching, 24/7 Support, live chat support, good prices, great service, ARK server manager API, cross server chat, and more, you should pick this company. So far I can't be more pleased. It definitely is a little pricey for multiple servers, but they worked with me and I'm very satisfied!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else, EVER.
