Company lied about what they promised,

Flagged my account falsely, I appealed they reopened THEN they said I would only get 15% of my profits which is not what I paid for, I decided to make a compliant about a refund no response was given and a refund has not been issued, I do not recommend.

I suppose I should just go ahead and give an honest review and be the bigger person. They won't actually talk to me about what I ACTUALLY did and that is their fault. But they won't take the time to talk to someone that violated an important policy one on one and instead wants to make them pay double (I did not have 17 upcs released by sepulchral and they would have charged me DOUBLE) what it should be.
My review will stay the same, but I will actually talk about the service. The service is actually not bad for what it is until you actually have to work with the customer service. It is a free music distributor and it does exactly that. It did well. The AI Copyright spotter is AWFUL though and, along with all the other customer service problems I have, they won't allow me to appeal those either.
I will go up from my 2* to a 3* just because the service is good. If you ever have a problem, though, good luck.

I was invited to the platform in 2021 and after all this time I can confirm that SS is not a distributor, but a real ally; the platform allows a truly autonomous management of its catalogue, integrating the delivery, takedown and update functions.

They provide codes, but you can also enter your own and this is great as well as fair.

They are not open to everyone, but only by invitation and initially I had doubts for this reason then I realised that it is to select carefully and prevent anyone from using the platform for the wrong purposes.

They use Sonosuite as a bridge with the DSPs, giving you the possibility to use their platform in exchange for a small cut on royalties, but recently there is also the possibility of choosing an annual plan to get 100%.
The distribution is exclusive and you have to be very careful about this if you are not practical in the world of digital distribution, so it is not recommended to use other portals as you are giving an exclusive mandate, but at the same time I do not see the reason for changing such a convenient and unique distributor.

The control over the music is total, being able to indicate all the metadata in the most technical and direct way possible.
Sometimes some small bugs happen, which is normal in the digital world, and although I haven't asked for help from support for a long time, all the times it has been done in the past I have always received a prompt response with the instructions related to the request. It seems to be a company made up of people in the flesh and blood who have a real passion for the music sector.

It has been seen an implementation of rigidity over time with the updating of some rules but it is evident that it happens to be consistent and in line with the regulations, so it is a point in favour.
If you are a label, a band or an artist with multiple projects, Sepulchral is the perfect companion.

This is going to be long.
I used Sepulchral Silence between 2022 and 2024. I had released genuine music an artist through Sepulchral which was earning royalties (not much, but some) and getting streams. During this time, I had changed my artist name and email, so I no longer used the email I signed up to Sepulchral with.
Toward the end of 2023, I had distributed a satire album (that's an album that's meant to be bad pretty much) with Sepulchral Silence, at this point I had started using a different distributor for my main artist projects, but kept Sepulchral for stuff like this.
On 2nd January 2024, I received an email from Sepulchral saying that my release had been seen as copyright infringement, that said I had 3 days to sort it. Like I said, I don't use this email anymore, so I didn't see it until later.
However, on the 29th January 2024 (a while after it was meant to be released), I received an email that my release had been approved for distribution and will be sent out to platforms, despite me getting the email 3 weeks before about copyright.
On the 30th, I tried to login to my Sepulchral Account and I had a notice saying I was banned and couldn't use the platform. Obviously I was confused, so I logged in to my old email and contacted support, who said I had broken the Anti-fraud policy. When I had received the email, I went back through my old emails and saw the notice. I sent them another email explaining my situation, that I would never distribute something wrong and I obviously wouldn't want to commit fraud.
On the 31st January, there was an email sent that stated "All the accounts that were blocked after the implementation of the last Anti-Fraud Policy update, will be all them active again in the next comming hours.", my account was restored and I was able to login to the platform again.
After that, the satire album I sent for approval was released on all platforms, despite the fact they said it was fraudulent. I had decided to stop using sepulchral completely that point.
A few weeks later, In feb 2024, I emailed and said that a few releases I had asked to be taken down months ago (before all this happened) were still available on YouTube. After a bit of back and forth, they managed to finally take the releases down.
Now it's April 2025, and I want to take down a release I have up on my current spotify account. Since stopping using Sepulchral, I've became a decently established artist who has been featured in magazines etc, and I don't really want an old release that doesnt sound anything like the music I make now on my account. I tried to log in to the platform like it used to let me and I received the same notice that my account was banned. So to recap: I was banned, then unbanned, and then rebanned again, all for the same album that they released anyway.
I went to my email account to contact them again to ask them to take the release down, and I received the exact same email I received last time I asked why my account was banned in 2024 - Instead this time, they've added a note that if I don't want to wait five years for my music to be automatically taken down, I can pay a £20 fee.

This is seriously ridiculous. I've explained a million times to support and received no help at all, it feels like talking to a brick wall. This needs to be sorted.

Edit: after Sepulchral Silence has replied to my review within 20 minutes but not my email, with furthermore one of the worst customer service team ever, saying that 'nothing will change, you know what to do'. No, I don't know what to do, because you won't help me when i contact support (even though you have literally took releases down for me before and if you read this review where it says you have released a record that you yourself say is fraudulent that clearly shows you dont know what to do either).
It never said about a £20 fee to remove content from platforms in any other email I have had since this whole situation has unfolded, you are seriously demented if you think i'm paying to remove content. It is at the click of a button for you to delete that release - it is not hard - there are no implications for you doing it, you are just being spiteful because you are in the wrong and if you can read this review and not see how many mistakes you have made i am genuinely speechless. not sure if you can re-reply to this considering i've edited it but REPLY TO MY EMAIL INSTEAD OF COMMUNICATING WITH ME THROUGH A REVIEW WEBSITE

Sono pessimi, e scorretti... Mi hanno bloccato l'account senza nessuna comunicazione e nessun motivo valido per bloccarmi l'account... Essendo il proprietario e l'artista delle mie opere versate sulla loro piattaforma segnalerò il loro caso all'agcom per violazione dei principi di correttezza e trasparenza nei rapporti contrattuali, oltre che una limitazione indebita della libertà di gestione dei contenuti da parte dell'autore, in contrasto con la normativa nazionale ed europea in materia di distribuzione digitale e diritto d'autore. Nn consiglio a nessuno codesto distributore...

De momento muy contento con esta distribuidora. Trabajan bien y tienen buen soporte. Quizás deberían mejorar la interface, estadísticas, etc, que son más amigables en otras DSP, pero imagino que con el tiempo irán haciendo mejoras, aunque sin duda van por muy buen camino.
